i have a suggestion:
you could store electrical energy as sugar using the electrosynthesis machine. then you could use the cellular respiration generator to convert sugar, or any type of food into electricity. the electrosynthesis machine would need a type of green plant in order to function and the cellular respiration generator should require a special geneticly modified cell. you get this cell from combining a bottle of water, any type of food and the genome which could be made from slime + something. in order to keep these cells alive they would have to be fed from time to time by either putting them in a crafting grid with any type of food or put them in the cellular respiration generator and insert sugar or any food. then the generator would generate power when the cell's hunger meter is full. there would be little energy loss and could be a cool way of storing and generating power.

@sigurd4: That idea is absolutely amazing your idea. This is a thing that will happen. Photosynthesis is the ultimate solar panel
This i really funny, since plant fotosyntesis has an efficiency rating of about 7% (1-12%).
And we think it's so amazing.
The truth why it isn't more eficient is simply that there's more than enough sunlight, plant's simply don't need that much energy to grow, so they don't bother.
@FCreeper4: Do you mean as in mobs that you can eat, or animate plants that consider you food?
Eating carrots running around your lab seems really fun.

@ReTeYeZ: Bullets do damage to terrain at a random chance, this is intentional since they are explosive rounds. Thanks for the bug report about the ammo loader will take a look at it and get it fixed. We won't be implementing the iron-sights because MC is not really all about combat the weapon is more for defensive purposes.
Since everyone is talking about GM crops, I have an idea: if you feed a GM carrot to a pig, it has a chance to mutate it into a scary boar mutant monster that is fiercely loyal to whoever fed it, and will do anything to protect you and your lab (and lets you ride it and it can tear down some blocks), unless you attack it, and it will turn on YOU. However, there is a higher chance that it will do nothing, give it a potion effect, or worst case scenario, kill it.
Last but not least, you should be able to mix villager and bat DNA to make a vampire or were-bat thing. It should be taller than a player, very lean, and have its wings mixed with its arms. Sort of like this thing, but with a small mane of fur on its neck and back. Neutral?
EDIT: Forgot I made this model: The WolfSpider!
I know it looks terrifying, but its really sweet! Maybe. Made by mixing wolf and spider DNA. Acts like a tamed wolf, but can climb walls and poison targets. Texture in progress.

GM crops don't really do that, unless you bread them for that ecact purpose, maybe some hormone-boosting carots?
As for new mobs, there is a page on their site (link on OP) for mob suggestions.

I know, that's what I meant by GM crops. After tons of artificial manipulation, you can create the "mutant pig" carrot.
haven't had a chance to use this mod as of yet... but, reading I haven't seen anything on Cloning players... is that a thing? I know that the Clone (My people) mod is out but, it's buggy and doesn't seem to work on a server.
So I was hoping to see if some else had a mod out there that does player cloning. I will download this mod just because it looks fun and in that case can I add it to a mod pack?

That's strange, have you tried using IC2 or Buildcraftt power?
I have an idea, instead of extracting Zombie DNA from a zombie, you will instead get "Unstable Z-Virus" or something. There should be a new machine to "stabilize" the Z-Virus, which then has to be injected into a mob to zombify it. Also, using the Stable Z-Virus, you should also be able to reverse its effects and unzombify mobs.

No offence, but why would you want to stabilise a virus just to infect someone?
Also you can already unzombify villagers.
Personaly I like to think zombies are their own species, not a virus

It's the Mad Science Mod. I just wanted to make up something that a mad scientist would do. Also because it makes more sense to infect a horse with a zombie virus, than to splice one with a zombie. I added the "reverse the effect" thing so that you can cure not only villagers, but horses and pigmen as well, or any other zombified mobs ever added.
How are zombies their own species? It's clearly a virus, as it can spread and be cured. The only reason you can't cure common zombies is because they are "too far gone," but villager zombies were recently transformed, and they can still be saved.
Maybe they are a parasite that can take over the nervous system of recently deceased villagers? They can also infect living villagers by biting them, so the parasite can implant himself in the nervous system to gain controll over them.
You can cure a turned villager by weakening the parasite with a potion, than boosting the villagers imune system with a golden apple to kill the parasite. You can't do that woth a normal zombie because he's already dead, so he has no imune system. That's why potions of healing hurt them, they try ti repair the damage done to the body, which the parasite isn't a part of. This is also the reason they are hurt by sunlight, they are dead so their body cannot repair the damages done by the UV light. Baby zombies are imune to sunlight because they are protected from it by the still-living body.
No Idea why they catch on fire though, high phosphorous content in parasites?
PS: Maybe the parasite is a fungus? Fungus usually hates light.
Hi, I looked at your website, and fell in love with this mod. However, Minecraft will not let it run. I have tried both solutions on your webpage, but to no avail. I'll give you a list of my mods, in case of a compatibility issue. I have Optifine, Forge, Micdoodle8 core, Animation API, Mutant Creatures, Galacticraft Core, Galacticraft Mars, Millenaire, Rival Rebels, and Universal electricity installed. Help would be greatly appreciated

Ohh... I like that! Also, for the burning in the sun thing, there is an actual disease that causes you to blister and burn (taken literally in minecraft) as soon as you get touched by the sun, maybe the parasite fungus also gives its host that to keep them in the dark so the parasite can spread faster? Possibly, you could extract the parasite and modify it, then infect another mob (any mob, not just zombie ones, even hostile ones) to mind control it so it will follow you around and help you like a wolf? However, if you don't modify it, it will just turn mobs into zombies. So two parasites in all, one that zombifies mobs, and a modified strand of it that takes over a mob's mind, but then uses its host to help you, because you made the parasite stronger.

Hey everyone! Got a new version we have been working on and playing on dev server last few weeks where we test the other UE mods. I would like to personally thank MissOpenEye the bot for the OpenEye guys which relays crash reports from their new project. It has been a huge help in locating bugs that probably would have never otherwise been known.
So along with a new labcoat and goggles you get tons of bug fixes! Onward with science!
Version 1.00.165 Changelog
Data duplicator now requires a redstone signal to function. This prevents the idle sound from playing (which can be annoying) but also indicates the machine is drawing power.
Fixed bug with thermosonic bonder not being fully automatable. Items can now be inserted and extracted from all sides.
Fixed bug with Soniclocator not being able to locate OreDictionary blocks that used metadata.
Fixed type casting bug in Magazine Loader breakBlock() method. Checks instanceof MagazineLoader before attempting to act on it.
Fixed NPE bug in clay furnace when checking if furnace was in smoldering state on idDropped().
Fixed bug with possible itemstack attempting to return -1 when VoxBox was broken by entity that was not a player.
Fixed NPE with Cryotube not checking if output slot was null properly.
Fixed bug with AbominationEggBlock calling hasTileEntity(0) on block creation.

@1Electron1: Can I get a stacktrace? The only other piece of advice I could offer is that you need Java 7 or higher.
