First of all, I'd like to say that I acknowledge the overpoweredness of these mods. Don't hate about it. If you don't want minecraft to be easy, then don't download it. That's it.
Redstone Furnaces:
As the first of my tile entity explorations, the redstone furnace is basic, but effective, and still OP. It works just as a furnace, except instead of having a fuel slot, you need to apply a redstone signal to activate the furnace.
A little more basic but still useful, the tool charger is a block with a single inventory space that can charge tools, like the title implies. It also works on some mods, as long as the damage on the tool is a regular durability. I tried to make the block somewhat balanced with an expensive recipe:
Not that bad of a mod, personally I think the redstone furnace should be slightly harder to make, maybe adding a diamond to the recipe or something. As with the chargers I think the recipe is perfect, not cheap but very worth it, maybe make the recharge rate slightly faster though. Also here a little review/showcase video if you want it
Would it be possible to change the charger to look like an anvil, but with the texture of an iron block? Perhaps an optional version that requires fuel to recharge/repair items? Either redstone blocks, or diamonds would make it more balanced. A version of the furnace that burns redstone/redstone blocks instead of coal?
With those changes I would love to use these. Either way, nice work.

For one, that's a fantastic idea for the anvil texture on the charger. I'll do that for the 1.8 update if I still feel like updating this mod. Also, with the making it more balanced thing, meh. I really only made these as a proof of concept to myself, but I figured some people would enjoy using them.
MAJOR bug with the furnace, NPE when placing any items that attempt pull from an inventory under the furnace (eg. hoppers, extrautilities transfernodes...ect..) but worst of all it acttualy DELETS the world. im not blaming you for the loss of my AWSOME WORLD!!! im just too lazy to properly test and/or backup stuff hope you can squash that 1 asap. and another "ballance" idea, make the furnace opperations take AGES. so the "fuel" is basicly time, just an idea

These mods are both allowed and encouraged to be used in mod packs, and they're made to be used in compatibility with other forge mods. Enjoy!
Sure, why not.

Yeah, you could call these OP. That's kinda why I felt some people would enjoy it
