Ha, warranty! I wish my warranty lasted 6-7 years or however long it's been since I bought that computer. It served me very, very well, so no regrets on my part.

I was hoping that Intel's Coffee Lake launch yesterday would have spurred some great sales on the AMD Ryzen processors, but no luck yet as apparently there are very few Intel chips available for purchase. I'm guessing there will be some good sales all around this November and December, though!

Good to know this mod will be updated to 1.10.2! maybe you could have it compatible with TheRedMajora's Zelda: Breath Of The Wild mod if it gets a 1.10.2 version? also, ZSS Addon was discontinued and nobdoy seems to be working on it which is sad... Anyways, I hope the BEST for ZSS and TheRedMajora's Zelda: BOTW mod! :-)

Also, I'm hoping for AntiqueAtlas will be compatible with this mod in 1.10.2

We DO plan on merging the ZSS addon with the mod, just in case that involves you on this mod a little more

what would be nice is if we can shoot sword beams outside of combat.

like, can we just hold a button and swing a sword?

it'd help with striking at a distance.

Btw will this mod come to 1.12.2 and so on?
I'm Making a Zelda map that will update to newer minecraft versions over time starting from 1.12.2 and continuing forward.

I think that it should at least be optional for those who have no need for one. Beyond that, I haven't moved a finger toward creating a Twitch account either

Your account will still remain, including this forum. We just won't be able to get on anymore. Twitch already has our data, and at this very moment, while Twitch owns this site, I can still log in, and yet I won't be able to later? So it's not about compatibility, and consolidation isn't necessary as some of the users here who use Twitch accounts, already have them. And companies that support this endeavor (e.g. logging into a site with your Facebook or Google+), make money when you log in with these accounts. They get paid to support it. Jumping off of Starlight199's comment, the replies to this update have reached 9 pages, most of which, including many Curse premium and super-active users, are against it being mandatory. It's not necessary, and like coolAlias, I don't intend on creating a Twitch account. I don't need this site to continue modding

I've always had a Twitch account, so it was no problem for me.

I'm in college, so I have 6 different emails, with many different website accounts created with those emails. I don't need to keep up with anything else, and I don't want one more unnecessary thing linked to those emails. I think I should be perfectly fine typing in minecraftforum.net and already be logged into this account I'm currently using. I think a Twitch account should be optional

Sooo I'm doing a Zelda Modded Survival in Minecraft 1.10.2 once this mod and TheRedMajora's Zelda:BOTW mod comes to 1.10.2! I was wondering, if i was playing with ZSS and a new update with new items was out and i installed it, will i be able to get the new items from already generated chests and things or would i have to cheat and use NEI to get them?

So, assuming ZSS gets updated to the newer versions where that is the case, yes, you would be able to get any new items added to the loot table when opening previously generated chests, assuming it was the first time that chest had been opened.

Even if i can't get new items from chests in 1.10.2 version of the mod, i can just use NEI to get them as the world will be used for more roleplaying than survival later on.
