I had a few bombs in my inventory, not sure about bags
I entered a secret room & looked at the loot in the chest, closed the inventory & broke the loot chest. Upon trying to re-open my inventory again, it crashed. It was definitely randomly generated loot.

Many of those aren't even items I've added, which suggests to me that the item IDs have gotten messed up from updating / changing mods without starting a new world, which is a problem with Forge these days. Please start a new world and see if the problem persists.

Use Forge 1060, the recommended version; I cannot support every development version of Forge, and hopefully this will not be an issue once they get the next recommended version out. Yes, there are config options for spawn and drop rates, just open the config file and look. Cheers!
The broken Ordon sword being other items stems from the item IDs changing, yes. From my own testing, if the item it can become is a valid item to have in your inventory, it works okay. Ergo I've gotten things like world anchor carts from railcraft. I think the item damage values are the item number it looks for, which gets moved about.
But if it becomes something like an item that needs some sort of internal config or metadata, it seems like it crashes instead. WHat you end up with is every time your IDs shift, you create a new broken ordon sword ID, which means any ne ones that spawn are fine, but the old ones are broken something else. I think if you install, explore a chunk, add a mod, explore a chunk, and so forth, each new mod will change the broken item you're looking at. The broken item is still a broken item, but whatever it's pointing at AS broken keeps changing.
It's weird, and it's kinda cool in some ways. Having already gotten a master sword, broken ordon swords are kind of useless to me, but I've found broken other things that amused me a bit.

xD In 1.8, IDs will be completely gone and the issue will no longer exist, though I'm surprised that the IDs are allowed to shift after being saved as part of the world... I guess the Forge guys aren't too concerned about it. I can probably fix it by using NBT to store the String identifier and get the correct item that way, or even add a String field directly to the item class, which is what I'll have to do eventually anyway for 1.8. <sigh> Numbers are so much easier to work with.

Hey, just ran into a crash, and figured I should report it here. It seems that whenever I go into the nether, it crashes the game. The crashlog says something about placing secret rooms, so I figured it had to be this mod causing it.

Hey, is there a way you can make a gui script for a rupee (emerald) counter on the bottom left corner?
This could also work with arrows, bombs, etc.
There is, but I will not be adding one at this time, mostly because I can't think of an efficient way to do so other than storing such items separately from the rest of the inventory, which would then require support code such as key bindings to interact with this additional custom inventory, etc. Basically, it's not that hard to make, but the costs of making it outweigh the benefit, in my opinion.
how excactly am i suppose to enter doorless dungeon with unbreakable stone ?
i managed to blow off part of the roof on sandstone dungeon but that doesnt work on stone one....
Are these boss dungeons with locked doors, or secret rooms? Boss dungeons all require a special key to enter, though the crenellations on the roof can be broken, as can the footings below the floor level. Most secret rooms can be broken with bombs, but if that's not working, then the room has a special entrance, such as a wooden peg or barrier block, which requires special items to circumvent.
There seems to be a bug in the 1.7 version with Custom NPC mod. The bug is that the created npc are able to drop orbs and other things even though I configured it not to drop any orbs or heart pieces. Could be the mob's IDs?
bombs only work once after that when I place a bomb down, and I tried them all nothing happens and of course I only came across those without the secret switch....what is going on??????

Usually using Steam/Discord nowadays, mostly actively searching around on curseforge for new mods.
Games on steam are usually Spiral Knights, TF2, SFM, and Paladins nowadays
I occasionally hop on minecraft to see what's new.
I came across a really odd bug after playing this mod for a while. Villagers will completely freeze and stop moving after about a day. They cannot be interacted with and they cannot even be smacked, they do still show up on Voxelmap though. After a while they will disappear altogether. I can cheat and place new ones, but they do the same thing as the regular chunk spawned ones.
I have quite a few mods installed, so it is probably a conflict. Worse still, I recently installed a few before I noticed this, so it could be an issue with a different mod entirely. Does anyone know of this type of conflict with any of these mods?

There is, but I will not be adding one at this time, mostly because I can't think of an efficient way to do so other than storing such items separately from the rest of the inventory, which would then require support code such as key bindings to interact with this additional custom inventory, etc. Basically, it's not that hard to make, but the costs of making it outweigh the benefit, in my opinion.
Are these boss dungeons with locked doors, or secret rooms? Boss dungeons all require a special key to enter, though the crenellations on the roof can be broken, as can the footings below the floor level. Most secret rooms can be broken with bombs, but if that's not working, then the room has a special entrance, such as a wooden peg or barrier block, which requires special items to circumvent.
Yes, it's the villager with a black apron. You need to interact with one while holding some Master Ore with the Master Sword in your inventory.
