I think this mod should be added. It's purely cosmetic and fun to use. A lot of people on the server already use it and i was hoping we could add it in to Minecolonies so people wont have to constantly switch versions of MC to make it so that other people with the mod can see the ears, wings, and tail.

Interesting issue: my builder is digging up snow and placing blocks, but neither is registering to my world. For instance, my builder attempts to place a block, the builder registers that the block has been placed, but the world does not update to show this block, even after restart.
Is there a known conflict? Something to the effect of a certain permission needing to be given to the mod on my server?

One more question... is there a way to turn off citizen chat? I have like 20 citizens and they flood my chat.
Might I suggest a mayor or some other official title citizen on completion of the town hall? He could simply say 'You have citizens that need your attention' and give you other condensed notifications.
Yeah, we actually plan an "event list" in the townhall, and with that, we can create an option to turn off the chat. But, until we have it we can't add that option.

I'm experiencing an issue - or something intended - where my builder won't move unless I'm really close to him, even if the chunks are otherwise loaded. Is there a setting for this somewhere that I'm not seeing?
Yes, again, sponge disables entities moving in a certain range. There is a sponge entity setting for this, afaik you have to increase the neutral range.

Sorry it took so long for me to post back. I've been very busy.
This somewhat solved the problem. Unfortunately, the variables don't seem to relate directly to a 1 per block solution. I'm playing with the numbers now, but with variables set at 256, I still only get an activation range of 64. This is sponge though, and not MineColonies. For anyone who finds this and has the same issue, this is the line I edited in sponge's world and dimension .conf files.

I have a new problem.
Something has happened to one of my server alpha tester's colonies. She logged out in her colony and everything was fine. She logged in about an hour later and crashes to title screen every time she logs in, getting the fatal exception error. Looking in console provides this message about three dozen times...
[13:48:19] [Server thread/WARN] [minecolonies]: TileEntityColonyBuilding at DedcraftHeroes4:[-2092,64,-501] had colony.
Any idea what direction to take on this?
As an aside I'm really enjoying this mod, and I think you've done some great work.
dear,when I play the latest mod with version 0.8.4422 on my minecraft 1.12.2,my minecraft crashed at the time I set the City Hall. I don`t kown what happened but I think you should notice this bug. thank for you greatfull mod.
Do anyone have a working version for MC1.7.10? All the old versions seem to have vanished from internet, and I don't want to update. I have a server I play with a few friends, with a lot of mods that are not available in the newest versions.

Depending on the permission anti griefing mod you have installed.
You have to register "EntityCitizen" as entity which is allowed as "mob-griefing"

As an aside I'm really enjoying this mod, and I think you've done some great work.
This is very strange, it seems like the colony has been corrupted. To fix that you would have to remove the block at the mentioned location.
