Disclaimer: Be aware that this will adversely affect your FPS. The whole world gets rendered twice, so with a mirror helmet equipped your FPS might be about half as much as normal. Also this mod uses an OpenGL extension that minecraft itself does not, so it may not even work on your computer.
rearview is in the public domain and therefore you do not require any permission to include it into modpacks. If you need to provide a link of permission to someone then this LICENSE file should suffice: https://github.com/crikents/rearview/blob/master/LICENSE
The simple no frills mods like this one are often times some of the best. I hope you can add more useful things in the future and that it becomes popular. Very original idea. Great job.
EDIT: Just a report. The mirror shows up white when I have it on and the screen flashes really fast.

I just pushed 0.1.4 which should fix the all-white mirror problem. Hikachan, can you send me the list of all the mods that you're using so I can figure out why the flashing is happening?
It seems that having Advanced OpenGL on makes chunks out in the distance flash. If you're seeing the world flash you can try switching it off to see if that makes it go away. Please let me know if you're seeing the flashing and if changing that setting makes it go away.
Its so amazing to see the things people can make with such a limited amount of time and resources. I'm happy to see you had fun making your mod during ModJam.

I have crazy bugs!!! When i made one helmet with the mirror and put on there were white bars and the screen of the mirror was on the bottom! FIX!
krychevsk16, I'm sorry to hear that. Those are some problems I've not seen yet. Are you using rearview with other user interface mods? If so could you send me the list of mods you're playing with so I can try to reproduce your issue.
Originally created for ModJam 3, rearview lets you attach a mirror to your helmet and see what's behind you.
If you like the mod then vote for it in ModJam

MrComputerGhost, I've just placed rearview in the public domain. So you (and everyone else) is free to include it in any modpacks.
