Is there a way to store a bucket of milk inside a dynamic tank directly? How? I tried right and left clicking but that did not work. The tank is brand new and empty.
In minecraft milk is not a liquid. If you install MFR it adds a liquid milk.

There appears to be a huge problem with using Softened Diamond Masses for the recipes...as soon as the timer ticks down one second, it becomes unusable in the recipes.

Actually, this is pure speculation, since I've never managed to get it to the crafting table fast enough, but from what I can tell, if 6 or fewer seconds are left, even if I have the recipe perfect, it will act like I have a wrong item somewhere in the recipe, and won't let me craft it. It's much like how, for example, you can't use a damaged Bow in the Dispenser recipe...it has to be unused.
I would like to see a configuration option that disables the limited lifespan of the Softened Diamond Mass, at least.

This is not a bug. The potion mixer pulls directly from the minecraft potion dictionary. They must be registered correctly within there in order to work. Potions are a difficult thing to deal with and I do not expect the mixer to work on anything but vanilla potions unless the programmer really knows what he is doing. (Even I don't claim to when it comes to potions)
I hate being that guy, but Nitroglycerin isn't TNT. I think it is dynamite. Tri-Nitro-Toluene is TNT. haha.
I knew this. I started calling it Liquid TNT in the code, then decided it needed a better name as nothing of that nature existed. I then changed the name to Nitroglycerin, though I did not go back and remove all the reference to liquid TNT as that was too time consuming.

Liquid Dynamite would be more accurate if still inaccurate since Dynamite is a combination of clay and Nitroglycerin. Nitro by itself is extremely unstable and a good jolt is enough to cause it to detonate...So really...to be accurate if anything is thrown into a pool of it, the stuff should explode.
But the fun stuff would be to create a collection of binary chemicals using your mixer and tanks. I could see a set of tanks where two have different stable chemicals. But when they are pumped into a third tank and mixed (Mixer attached to a tank can mix the contents) KABOOM!!! And it could be a fun technical boobytrap.

It would be very well if they do just the same tanks only controler and tank. A lot of people looking for such a thing. was enough to modify the current mod. The current is large, the time has leaks ram ;/ I suggest you do two versions of the full and minimum 1. The issue has been resolved in a later version. If you do not like the full version or any features for that matter, look in the configs. You can disable almost anything with the exception of the basic tanks, controller and upgrade module.

3. Probably a small issue for ProfMobius rather than you, your flowers show as "drum" in WAILA and NEI, also all the plants in the biome drop as the flower (other than the trees).
Other than that thanks for a mod that looks like it has a small footprint and seems to be incredibly powerful in dealing with fluids.

That is not intentional. It seems WAILA doesn't like the way I register names. I'll see into it.

I had the same problem last night with a cleansing bucket; this time on FTB Monster 1.0.4. So I tried something.
Next time I found one, I unstacked my bucket before scooping. This worked fine.
So it seems that buckets are only disappearing if I try to pick up a DLT2 fluid from the world, using a stacked bucket.
That is very interesting...I must have done something weird with my BucketHandler. I'll look into it! Thanks for keeping me updated.
