Just a small update on what i am working on. I have been implementing a new Item called MCI Location (The compass icon is a place holder). Its an item that stores a blocks coordinate (Right click on any block to store it, with the exception of Blocks which can use them in there GUI), which can then be used in the GUI's of Wireless Redstone 64 blocks and MCI Music Circuits (Once iv given them a GUI).
When used with a MCI Music Circuit's GUI it will allow you to set a Note Block or MCI Music Circuit which would output the sound generated. Basically it means instead of each MCI Music Circuit playing the sound at its location you can specify a single location for the sounds, think of it like speakers. You could in theory have music in Stereo (Using 2 Speakers) instead of Mono and it won't require a minecart to listen to it.
While updating our 1.6.4 pack to MCIcraft 1.0.5b, it appears Redstone64Time is hardcoded to 3067. Does it still applies to 1.0.6? Is the latest stable enough?

this is one of those mods that doesn't seem like it gets enough users i use the logic so much in my redstone i like it more than project red this doesnt have nearly as much crafting as project red (im SICK of cathodes blablabla ) and its much simpler than the project red logic i can't hardly play minecraft with out this mod

1.0.6 currently doesn't have a 1.6.4 build, there is only a 1.7.10 build. The 1.0.6 build is stable to my knowledge (No error reports sent, and i haven't had any major errors on my end). I have updated 1.0.5 to include the single line it was missing as well as the missing language string.

One of the Goals i have had when making MCI Craft was to limit the amount of items that serve no purpose other than to be in crafting recipes. Another was to make the recipes not cost the earth to make, like other mods like to do.
Update on the R64 Music Circuits. GUI is still a work in progress but you can now set a "Speaker" location as well as change the note type. The video plays each R64 Music Circuit independently (Each with a different note set) and then all together.
You may or may not notice that the OR Gates have 1 input on bottom and one on the right side. The OR Gates, AND Gates and there variants can now switch their left input to the bottom when right clicked and visa versa. Which allows more compact designs in certain situations.
Small update on the R64 Music's GUI. It looks a bit more complicated than i would have liked, but is easy to use. Still need to implement the code for the keyboard so no WIP Build yet. The top row is the notes, and below is the delay before the next note(In Server Ticks, 20 ticks per second. Range from 1 to 32). To the left of the keyboard is where you select the note type (Piano, etc). If you have any ideas on how i could improve the GUI let me know.
Below is a video showing a more advanced song than before (First 30 seconds of it) which has some of the notes played through a second note block to give Stereo sound.
P.S Right click on the notes at the top to remove a note. The system is designed so that un-set notes after the last set note will be ignored (Including there delay). However un-set notes which are before the last set note will still have there delay applied (Allowing delays more than 32 ticks).
Looks like mining mole won't work in 1.0.5c. The GUI says it's ON but it's no moving nor building steam. Any thoughts?

Looks like mining mole won't work in 1.0.5c. The GUI says it's ON but it's no moving nor building steam. Any thoughts?
Thanks for reporting, it only effects the 1.6.4 version. Basically it was looking for the coal/wood/etc in the wrong slots (The inventory order was inverted so that shift clicking would work right, but some code still used the old slot id's).
The Packet System was overhauled and new GUI packets were added to simplify the transfer of information from server to client. By default you only get shorts, which only has a range of -32,768 to 32,767. So you have to split up the number(If its larger) your sending into multiple shorts and send them. Which means more data sent and it makes the code more complicated. With the new GUI packets numbers are sent in there normal form (Not split up and re-assembled) so it has less overheads.
The R64 Maths block's GUI now has the ability for you to set both the input values from the GUI and the R64 Randomizer now has a GUI allowing you to specify the range.
Im currently implementing a Block Manager which will make it impossible for future blocks to be accidentally hard coded (ID number in 1.6.4 and enabled/disabled in 1.7+) as well as displaying a warning in the log if a block/item does not have a recipe. It also simplifies the code in re-guard to adding new blocks.

and i really like the look of that movable controller you just posted what all will it be able to move? im guessing not tile entitys right? but i see amazing uses for it like huge elevators and stuff

If an error log goes on about packet.Packet15Place and NetServerHandler its the Item you right clicked with. Its its placement event and if it has modified the currently held item (At least with 1.7.10, never checked the 1.6.4 code) on the clients side, the client will try to tell the server that it has changed but the currently held item will be null at the time.
and i really like the look of that movable controller you just posted what all will it be able to move? im guessing not tile entitys right? but i see amazing uses for it like huge elevators and stuff
Blocks without tile entities and blocks which don't break when below them isn't a solid block (When moving if they are moved before the block below them, they will assume they are floating and break). The original concept was for sliding doors, but it could be used for elevators (Buttons work with it, so you can have a button in an elevator).
I am currently in the process of trying to make it move smoothly (And its currently refusing to render for some reason...).
Its smoother now. Not sure if the lighting can be fixed. Basically its due to the blocks moving out of a block which is completely dark (So it gets its lighting). Lighting is stored as texture coordinates (as a texture is used for the lighting) and i have no clue how to get the actual lighting value from the texture coordinates, which would have let me pick the higher lighting value (Current blocks lighting vs where its moving too). If lighting is ever fixed it will only be fixed on standard blocks which don't use custom rendering (as what lighting value is used is controlled by its own rendering. I can override the standard block rendering).
P.S Did anyone recognise the scene?

When you post a mod: "No pics no clicks" and "MCreator = bad ~99% of the time"
Don't forget to read the crashlog before reporting the crash. It might tell you why it's crashing.
