when im trying to add new building to the mod im doing what you said on the web im creating new text file copying the code and saving but when im trying to open the game he is crahing all the time i added 3 building + the madivel pack with out the 3 building the lunch fine please help this is a very cool mod and i want to use it but i cant:(
I Hope this mod keeps going, I Rather like the idea of something like this, it makes viillage and town building much easier as well as allow for things like getting up camps in a hurry.
I love this mod! Although sometimes when I select buildings with the pencil tool, I get kicked off whatever world i'm playing on and it says: 'Connection lost
A fatal error has occurred, this connection has been terminated.'
Is this because of a size limit or is it something else?
The posts in this thread make me weep for the education system around the world.
If there's no buildings to set to blueprint in your planning table, obviously you either haven't created any or downloaded any, or have installed the ones you have downloaded inappropriately. To create your own build, go to Creative mode, grab the pencil, and follow the wiki instructions or YouTube tutorial to use it.
To those demanding "more support", modding is a hobby, and the authors owe those that download their files nothing. The fact that he tries to make time despite a busy life and schedual is a virtue that few modders grant, in the first place. Be patient. He wants his mods to work, and he fixes them as he's able.
To those asking about schematics support. He's stated his reasoning. The two different files and systems are basically incompatible without huge amounts of rewriting. A simple fix would be to import your schematic onto a flat world and then save it with the pencil tool. It's not that hard, people.
To those asking about why their game crashed when trying to look at the materials list. This is most likely because you had a filled chest. The mod doesn't seem to support container contents, at all. It's best to make your builds with empty containers. As a side note, this mod does not officially support modded blocks. Try to keep your builds to the vanilla blocks. Any support for mods is completely coincidental.
To MrCrayfish... I sincerely apologize for the behavior of my fellow mod-users. And I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the time and effort you put into your mods.
I was crashing repeatedly so I checked the crash log and the mod was having a problem and was trying to over-right itself I'm not going to post the change log because I deleted it and redownloaded it and now it works.

1: Try to not use run-on sentences please.
2: Not having a crash report does not help us find out what's wrong. We aren't psychic, we can't magically tell what's wrong.
3: As stated before in previous comments, Mr Crayfish is trying his best, and is very busy with real life. There isn't a stable, working 1.7 version right now. Be patient guys. It'll come out when it does.
Doesn't work at all for me... He doesn't have a working 1.7 and higher build right now.
In the downloads section of the first post of this thread is a link to a 1.7.2 build that I've been using on my 1.7.10 game. Along with it is a warning to not to try to use earlier blueprints with the 1.7.2 build, because they're incompatible.

I know that.
I've been coding for a while now. I start with fresh everything, fresh forge, 1.7.2.
After you save more than one build, it no longer works.
I can safely say that, right now, there is no stable version for 1.7.2 and higher.
EDIT: Unless he's updated it and not updated the thread.
I have been playing it on 1.7.2 and added new buildings but the buildings dont show up on the planning table, only one shows up, i clicked draw and put it in the construction block and then start, the building didnt show up, and then this red line box things follows me

Hi I am using the version 1.7.2 (which I do realize is still rather beta and had a question for the experienced folks. My first building worked AWESOME! However when I went to create the second and third the hammer did its thing, the notifications showed the levels building, but nothing happened. No new building! And my materials were all used up
Wondering if there is a workaround or if this is simply a limitation of the current build. Thank you SO MUCH MrCrayfish your mods are always amazing!
Edit: Potentially important bit of info...I was using the same blueprint the second and third times.
Only if you're in creative mode, so people who play survival on a server can't make use of this to save buildings for later use.

As long as you don't use redstone, modded items, blocks that come from items, or put items in containers, this mod works fine on 1.7.10.
MrCrayfish is rather busy with real life at the moment, and I'm sure he's working on upgrading mods/bugfixes as quickly as he can.
Other than that, ASKING for upgrades is apparently against the forum rules, as it places a lot of pressure on the mod developers.
