I like the vanish after looting option.
(I can break my gravestone with a pick axe just fine)
You're right, i've tested it and it breaks fine, the problem is that hell in my server is protected by world guard, so the players cannot break it. Anyway, this is an very personal problem, so nevermind. but it would be good to have an option in config to allow pass-through the tombs, well, maybe that's not possible to do.
It says I have an id conflict with my other mods (specifically the BasicBlock from mechanism) and I cant figure out how to fix it and my id resolution isn't working at the moment so please help <-------My gosh I didn't know that would happen XD
It happened directly after one player has been blown up by explosion from GT machine. Not sure if it is Tombstone related or GregTech related. Posting this on both forums, just in case.
This also happens on our server with any type of explosion. The server will crash. When the server is brought back up, the tombstone is there with the items. It has to do with the the actual placement and then destruction of the tombstone at the exact time of the explosion is my guess.
There's going to be a v1.7.2 version right? I'd love to see it there.
Let us know if we can help, this would be a tremendous updated. Plus, gravestone is annoying with too many extras and who wants a chest with them all the time.
So I found a really terrible and annoying bug... If you die on a block that contains a door, a tombstone doesn't generate, but it does eat all your items as if it were being placed in a tombstone. I just had this happen to me, and all my tools that I had worked forever on, plus tons of food, all gone... I'm playing in a really hard mode type server, so that stuff took FOREVER to get...
I think it's because the tombstone mod recognizes that there's already something occupying that space, so it doesn't want to grief something, so it just doesn't make a tombstone. At the very least you should add code to make it that it drops the items, rather than eat them, if this ever comes about.
You know what would be great for the config? The ability to turn off tombstone generation when it would have no inventory.
If I die when I have no inventory, it's annoying to have another tombstone generate (this is especially the case when strong mobs make it by your bed). I've even had my bed "obstructed" by so many tombstones, haha.
I have soulbound on some gear, and if I die and immediately die again, I DO have things in my inventory, but the tombstone is empty. I would say making one check upon tombstone generation, and if empty, then remove. That would be a great option for the config.
I am trying to use this on a server but I'm getting an ID error between client and server. the config file ID says I:blockID=4094 but the client says I:blockID=4092. I have changed this manually but it reverts back every time.
EDIT: I found out what the issue was. I was using an id fix mod and it was forcing the ID to change.
With twilight forest, galacticraft, tinkers construct, and mekanism: I was battling a hydra in twilight forest while flying with a jetpack and died mid air. My tombstone doesnt appear to be anywhere. Does it spawn someplace i am not thinking of if a death is in mid air?

I would like that too.
