Holy moly. Some mod you are using must be interfering with the destruction of the dirt or maybe extending item entity lifespan, or something or another, as I'm completely unable to recreate that. I'm pretty sure that can only occur if the dirt isn't getting destroyed like it should. Though checking over the code I should probably have been setting the entity dead rather than making it really old... (I wrote sifter quite a while ago, so please forgive my idiocy :P).

Considering there is fishing in both, and Mariculture is a specialised type of Aquaculture, it's not really surprising is it? Mechanics are different though.

Fixed a crash when placing any of my 'double blocks' side by side
Adding Custom bait will now actually work, but has been moved to the incorrectly spelt 'Compatability' section.
Smelter is improved some more, faster again. If you apply a redstone signal to it, it will chew through it's fuel faster, and therefore heat up quicker. Without a redstone signal each piece of fuel will last a lot longer. A stack of coal will last two hours without a signal, while it will only last 20 minutes with a signal. While the fuels may last longer, they will still only provide the same amount of temperature per piece. Smelters should in a normal biome, with the right amount of lava take about 15 minutes to go from 0 degrees to 2000.
Purity upgrades now give a full nugget, Regeneration droplets have been made rarer and you can no longer get them from world catchable fish.
Can add other mod items to ore dictionary with my config(helpful for use with the autodictionary).

Well if changing the id for flight in the config didn't work(try a different id?), I don't know what would... You could just disable the flight enchant by setting it to 0 and if you still crash I'm clueless. (EnchantmentJewelry is just a class all my enchants extend).
Can't really help if your using something that messes with ids. I'd advise you to sort out your id issues manually, or if you're not try the minus version of that mod.

I've got biomes o plenty, and some oysters and a few sparse kelp are spawning, but I went into creative mode and traveled over 4000 blocks through ocean and river and didn't see a single kelp forest or coral forest. Found a bunch of natural gas, though. Any ideas?
Which version are you on? Also they should only be generating in their respective biomes if you have BOP world type enabled, You looked through those biomes right? You could try reducing the number for chance in the configs and increasing the max depth. I've not experienced this problem so can't really help much.

Oh so there's an actual kelp forest biome and coral forest biome if you have biomes o plenty installed? I never found a single biome named that.
I have version "BiomesOPlenty-universal-1.6.4-1.1.3.162" but I could probably update to a newer one, the newest one (212?) gave me some error about not having a clientside library involving achievements. I've got BIOMESOP set as the world-type in server.properties, and I also set it when generating a world for testing in singleplayer.
.. I was really just hoping that kelp and coral would populate the ocean biome ID 0 a bunch.

This is a picture from singleplayer, worldgen set to biomes o' plenty and creative, and after fiddling with settings. It's an example of the only thing I've seen throughout an hour of creative exploration of oceans and rivers.
I set the depth of everything to 35, and reduced the chance numbers significantly.
You can see oyster, natural gas, and kelp.
Lack of anything else.
Biome was id: 0 - Ocean
I assume I'd be looking for these biomes:

Oh so there's an actual kelp forest biome and coral forest biome if you have biomes o plenty installed? I never found a single biome named that.
I have version "BiomesOPlenty-universal-1.6.4-1.1.3.162" but I could probably update to a newer one, the newest one (212?) gave me some error about not having a clientside library involving achievements. I've got BIOMESOP set as the world-type in server.properties, and I also set it when generating a world for testing in singleplayer.
.. I was really just hoping that kelp and coral would populate the ocean biome ID 0 a bunch.
I set the depth of everything to 35, and reduced the chance numbers significantly.

I'd prefer it if they just generated in ocean instead of making their own biome, though. Or if the biomes appeared in ocean biome a *lot* more often than zero times out of an hour.
