Great mod! I have slowly tested all versions from 1.6.4 to 1.8 and all of them but one work! It is the 1.6.4 one that isn't working! The spoiler below is my crash report!
Good mod on all other versions anyways!

STUFF I SUPPORT:
I'm using the latest version for 1.7.10 as I'm playing FTB Infinity Evolved and I have a problem. I put into the list of items to use as a Pick-Axe the IC2 Iridium Drill and Veinminer is not working for it. What am I doing wrong?

1) That crash report is for 1.7.10 not 1.6.4
2)That crash report says veinminer isnt installed
3)The crash report says that malisis doors is erroring.
Well without knowing what you wrote for the command its hard to help. So... copy the command you were trying to use.

IC2:itemToolIridiumDrill and also the GraviTool from Gravisuite (gravisuite.ItemGraviTool) doesn't seem to want to work with Veinminer when it's set to use the Hoe Tool.

How can I get veinminer to work on stone?
i cant use the mod it says its unknown can you help me here is a pic of what i mean
That doesnt affect your use of the mod, thats just how the file is labeled. you are also using an outdated version
Type the command "veinminer mode sneak" and when Sneaking with a pick-axe, it'll work. There are other modes, but that worked for me.

Found out why this mod isn't working for me: it's not auto detecting the blocks for the tools. It only have gravel and clay as items for the shovel. Had to add dirt into the list and restart to get it to work. So, HOW do I get the mod to AUTO-DETECT the blocks?
I'll give you an example: I have it set to veinmine when I sneak. When I mine stone while sneaking, it ONLY mines one block. It should mine in the range I specified.

By default it only auto-detects ores and logs. You need to add the others yourself via configs.
Best mod ever, thanks! I have a question. If I place torches on every iron ore block and then mine iron with Veinminer, then only one torch attached to the very first block will be dropped, all other torches disappear. Same with cocoa beans on jungle trees, also flowers, grass and all vegetation on grass blocks (when grass blocks are white-listed). Is this a feature? Can this be disabled in config?
Another question. After version 28.3, speed of blocks breaking seemed to slow down considerably. I have to hold GRAVE key much longer than before. If I use default settings of limit.blocksPerTick=10, then to break 800 blocks I need 80 ticks, which is 4 seconds. In my testing, it takes at least 20 seconds to break 800 blocks (I tested on stone after white-listing them). Can you verify that speed is correct?
I have also noticed that the speed is considerably slower in the latest version. I have a monster computer and should have no problems mining large areas yet it takes awhile to even mine veins of coal and nether quartz.
