Hello, is there a possibility of adding an option to enable/disable things like mainly thaumostatic harness and armors/weapons like the runic or anything more powerful than fully enchanted diamond that will trivialize mob challenge more, i want flight/teleporting completely disabled for more challenge and to encourage and add value to more building oriented alternative ways to travel by land and water all the way to end game.

You can setup command blocks at spawn that remove the items you don't want. Set them up to a redstone clock and give them the command "/clear @a (item id)". If anyone is foolish enough to craft banned items they'll simply end up with a vanishing item and wasted resources.

Edit: It could also be done with restricted essentia tubes, but it carries the risk of primal essentia going down path to the centrifuge, requiring some valves to prevent clogging. It can be done, and would cut out all the "swap" part, exchanging it with a "lever on lever off part and much more valve turning.
ok TPB thanks for the image I'll be going over this thing for a while learning it and Auric I was having trouble with Pic uploading so I posted to be sure it worked then edited in the rest of the info But here's some images to make my point of my huge system that in 4.0 was Automated and in 4.1 was totally messed up:
ok so in this one this still works fine the purified essentia is kept stopped up in the alembics until I release it into a back pipe going to expand this to a 6 Valve release line later to allow for up to 4 different item stacks to be broken down this is kept clear in 4.1 because closing the valve once empty clears the suction type on one end and closing off the collection line valve clears the whole lines dedication.
this is the collection zone where I gather the essential I need first open the alembic valve needed then open the collection line valve then open a jar valve to prevent over flow to other jars while one is not totally full. This works fine in 4.1 and after closing a jar valve you can open the Purge line to brake up excess essential after collecting what you need.
this is my quad core Centrifuge in 4.0 it could brake down 64 compound essentia in 1:10 seconds based on how they called for essentia at marker 1 all 4 took the same essential Matellum in this case (its a good simple example) braking into Ordo & Saxum in 4.0 any of these 4 with a pure sent to a void jar and received new matellum whiles if A or B ended up with Saxum they'd empty into C or D before c or D could receive Matellum then purify that into Terra and send that to a void jar while if C or D had Saxum they would trade with each other and make Terra. this is broken in 4.1 but going to run a version with buffers to see if these help but I also liked the 4.0 system cause it could be so compact in 4.1 this thing is going to be much bigger.
and this is just the end stage in survival implementation I'll rig this up in a pit to allow dedicated golems to take essentia to warded jars to store pure primals, also this is why we need a liquid essentia combiner so we only need to store primals then combine those into what we need.
so if you've read this far thank you and if you've any help with making this system compact and functional like in 4.1 without jars to hole distilled compound essentia would be awesome as this suggested by Auric would make it less automated and require more attention.

Ok, so you're trying to make an automatic essentia centrifuge system? I'll be honest and say I'm not 100% sure as to what you're trying to do here. When it comes to essentia centrifuges I recommend a more manual approach. I've made a nifty dual centrifuge system that breaks down essentia at a decent speed, however it requires manual placement of jars. Not sure if it'll help or not but here it is:
With this design you can hide the redstone behind a wall if you'd like as well.

Nothing's wrong, harvest golems just have a smaller base range than, say, gather golems.

Harvest golems don't have to be on chest, Put each one halfway between the chest and the outer edge and an extended range gather golem that IS on the chest will probably get everything.
Does anyone know the hexagonal pattern for greatwood wand cores? Just can't figure it out...
Open your thaumonomicon, go to the wands tab, and click on it. I'm betting you dont have it researched yet. If you do it will tell you right there how to make it.

Are you using the newest ver of thaumcraft?
In one of the newest vers a few of the aspects changed, such as tree changing to air/herb.
If you dont like the research game you can go into the thaumcraft config file and change it to easy mode where all research can be bought like the minor researchers currently are.
Then you're not using the latest version. There aren't any game breaking bugs in it. The only major bug is a graphical one with the bonebow in multiplayer. I recommend updating, and then checking the thaumnomicon entry on aspects again as some aspects received changes.
Now that's just lazy. I remember when we didn't have wikis and tools like this to play games. We had to think for ourselves. Oh great... Now I feel old...
That is a pretty interesting tool though. Out of curiosity, who made that?

Back in my day, we mapped the sound maze in Myst on a piece of paper! And by gum, we... well, we hated it to be honest. Bloody maze.

Alrighty, I made a new game and researched it just for you. Here is what I got:
Tool -> Weapon -> Perdito -> Void ->Magic
Now linking off the Void it goes Air -> Void -> Air -> Tree
This might not be the best way, just what I tossed together.
