Apparently I had not completely done so. I had to get out of range of my Beacon, remove all my Draconic Armor and Baubles, and then set myself on fire. I should be able to use the Focal Manipulator now.
Help, i can't craft the Thaumometer! is it because i downloaded another mod that is not compatible with this mod or is it just i need a special thing for it? It need 4 gold ingot and one glass pan but somehow it doesn't. (sorry for my bad english it's not my main language).

You'll need an Arcane Workbench to craft it on and also sufficient Vis (20).

I had been wrestling with the decision for a while now, and unfortunately I have decided to stop working on Thaumcraft and other mods.The simple truth is that between IRL commitments, work and studies I simply didn't have enough time to devote to modding. Something had to give and unfortunately the obvious choice was modding.

that being said, i still hope that some time along the way things slow down enough for az to return to us and pick up the development of the mod again.
he was one of the biggest innovators in the minecraft modding community, and some pretty good features that other mods have been implementing later were first part of thaumcraft.
i can only imagine what he could do now with all the experience he has gained in the meantime.
So what happens after the eldritch labyrinth in terms of plot? 6 years ago if memory serves me right there was a last update to things concerning plot, or a thing. I don't remember anything being terribly different in the different ports to 1.8 or 1.12.
IIRC, there wasn't much to do after exploring the Eldritch Dimension, defeating its boss (there were 4 different ones you could encounter, though only one of the 4 were found in each dungeon), and obtaining the Primordial Pearl. The latter was used in the crafting of the Advanced Alchemical Furnace.
Now if you had Thaumic Tinkerer 2, it was usually at this point you unlocked the KAMI module, which gave access to more powerful wands, weapons, armor and tools, as well as a dimension where you could mine large amounts of ores (the Bedrock Dimension).
I know there wasn't much to do after exploring the eldritch dimension, but isn't that kind of the point of updating the game? Thaumcraft 6 added custom wand foci, a gauntlet instead of a wand, rifts that made flux a bit more threatening and even added a bit more to the mod's lore, which is something that I liked about it when compared to other mods. Thaumcraft told a whole story, which over time expanded.
Have considered returning to minecraft again after a long time. Are there any news on the TC continuation? Is it actually happening, and, if yes, is it know for which version it is going to be?
It hasn't been updated in more than a year, so I think it's safe to say that the project is dead. It's such a shame too. I love Thaumcraft, I loved the magic system, the lore, I feel like it was one of the best magic mods out there. I made my whole skin, based around Thaumcraft, with the Thaumcraft symbol on the back of my coat. Sadly, I don't see anyone keeping this mod or this project alive. It's been nearly 2 years since Azanor left this project. This is probably the end of Thaumcraft. Sorry.
I found that github, too, I don't think this is the official continuation. That was the main reason I posted here: you can't find anything tangible on google. I found that, found some reddid which said that it isn't the right one, another reddit that kinglemming is working on it and supposedly it's for 1.14,
Maybe most information is here: https://www.reddit.com/user/KingLemming/ which sounds like: stuff is really hard to port beyond 1.12, maybe after other Thermal stuff is ported TC can be done...

Does anyone know if the golem part of the mod is complete and functioning correctly? Its my favorite part of the mod and all I need.
