I entered my world and tried to jump out of the tubing I was standing on since last screenshot session. Particles came out from EnderIO boots enchant and the game instantly crashed.

Try reading the previous posts. At least the same page you post on.

One Nitor in the whole world, and a few tallow candles scattered around as well.

Is it just TC items with particles causing issues or am I going to have to take out all my torches too?

I ended up making a new minecraft instance after multiple crashes. Brand new world with brand new mod setup. It played fine until I ran into a zombie of some kind, then crashed. This is with beta 15. 14 was fine. I hadn't gotten far enough to have anything with particle effects except torches.

Now it won't load.

well i had a crash with infusion crafting in beta 14, too. for now i'd probably just sit back and wait until the particle issue gets resolved.

Betas 14 and 15 are broken, don't use those. Stay at 13 for the time being.

I have a question regarding Aura and Flux in the beta versions.

I have only tested this in beta ~3 or so and 14, but it looks like neither vis nor flux flow to adjacent chunks when I tried it, even after several hours. Is this normal? Is this a bug or was this removed in TC6?

Also, it seems like flux has little to no effect. In my creative world, I overfilled several crucibles, which maxed the flux levels in 3 chunks. however, even when given several hours, the only event that happened was a rift spawning, that did absolutely nothing besides being there (I don't know if that's intentional). The rift stayed there though, I tried to use some stabilizers on it to see if they had any effect, but once again nothing happened.

I am just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just because it's a beta.

Edit: To clarify, I doubt this has anything to do with BETA14 being unstable, although I did have some random crashes.

I crashed when using salis mudus on a bookshelf or a crafting table as well as crashing in a magical forest with the newest beta15 update. I've removed the old configs and only made the change to activate the cheat sheet. I also made sure to craft the salis mundus incase that had anything to do with it. I did spawn in the normal thaumbook and dropped it on the ground and picked it up in order to unlock the first research.

It's all about the particle system, same happens for me when I'm in nether and when wisps are visible.

I've been running into desync issues but couldn't positively isolate them to Thaumcraft.

Hm, now that you describe it, I do have something similar. Golems sometimes do not display upgrades, but it's just a visual glitch for me. They still use these upgrades (like flight or hauler), and still have them if I pick them up.

I've also seen something like that with infusion pedestals. But I barely ever have instability, and even if, I still can place the item back onto the pedestal. Nothing gamebreaking here either.
