I believe you need all three items. if it is a question mark, that means you haven't discovered the aspect, which means you may need to find out what the aspect is AND get one to choose that page. Good luck!
Thanks for the help, I wouldn't have been able to figure it out otherwise.
I want to multi quote this with a mild correction, the question mark isnt there cause you havent figured it out yet, its there because thats what your supposed to figure out or memorize, what these 2 essentia make, i got one based with terra and victus while herba is one of the first aspects you learn about since its in all plant matter. its like a mini quiz of knowing your aspect combinations
Is there anything that has Ordo as an aspect? I have the ability to make crystals from quartz slivers, but can't find anything that has Ordo. Due to a creeper-related incident, I lost the only 3 ordo crystals I've ever found in the wild. It seems like every other crystal can be made.
peace
Chiseled stone, has been my go to ordo source since last version, 1 terra 1 ordo, made via slapping 2 stone brick slabs on top of each other in the crafting bench, however i will say since its still running off of 1's instead of 5's i wouldnt be surprised if its "buffed" or altered before the beta is done
Just a quick heads up if anyone's having trouble making the Thaumatorium or any other multiblock structure.
You need Salis Mundus to finish a multiblock, I just found out the hard way, trying every possible solution. It wasn't really specified that that was the solution in the Thaumatorium entry.
Also, does anyone know what I need to scan to get the research.c_voidstuff discovery? It's what I need to get Voidmetal, but I have no idea what to do.
Thanks for making TC6 come true Azanor, I love everything you've done in this version.
How do I "infuse" something? It's in the instructions for "infusion". "Infuse a block with a feather". I've tried clicking on things, putting them in my table, dropping them both in my cauldron, nothing seems to do anything. Here is a picture of the page which requests it. Thanks in advance!
I have to be honest, in the current beta fighting taint is literally impossible.
Even in creative mode, killing the seed is not enough like the book claims and you have to punch every last tainted block to get it away.
I found the same problem. When I had a taint outbreak that appeared to be triggered by accidentally right-clicking a full jar of Perditio (trust me, don't do that), I killed it off twice; both times it came back within an hour, nastier than before, and the third time it appeared, it was spreading faster than I could clear it. It consumed everything within a seven-chunk radius of my base within 24 hours. I haven't found a good way to fight it. I presume the TC4 last-resort of spamming shimmerleaf all around it still works, but haven't had the opportunity to try it.

I haven't been able to play much but from what I've read, Taint and Vis has gotten allot more out of control than in Thaumcraft 5. I will sure miss being able to boost my aura with grown/moved nodes and the fact that taint spread was bound to and used up flux levels.
On a different matter, can we still grow shards? (Which tbh I am having a real trouble adapting to the 'crystalized essentia' sprite)
Now that we have no nodes to boost an aura, do they have sufficiently high aura levels to grow on their own? And can we still pluck one shard of?
There is an (infusion, if I remember correctly) recipe to make a replantable vis crystal.
Taint ... yeah, my impression is that taint has become progressively harder to control and more aggressive through Thaumcraft 4, 5 and 6. In TC6 you can WATCH it spread before your eyes. Tainted ground takes longer to break than obsidian, and if you get tainted yourself it will kill you extremely quickly. If there's a way to untaint yourself I haven't found it yet. Armor doesn't protect you at all, as far as I can tell.
You have the items in your inventory. Its a detection task to see if they are in your inventory to learn them.
What do I need to scan to discover the research for golemancy? I need to research animate objects but I've studied mobs, doors, pistons, and stuff that moves but I still don't understand why it's still not working? Can someone explain?

Scan a Snow or Iron vanilla golem
By the way, does thaumaturger robes decrease the cost of crafting things in the table?
You can create taint by doing nefarious things in the world, such as filling up an essentia jar with, let's say. . . Metallum, and then emptying it, or by filling a crucible with aspects and then dumping it all into the aura. Just be sure that you don't do that anywhere near where you're living.

For that particular example, just have a stone and a feather in your inventory.

has anyone come across an efficient alcemical brass recipe for the crucible, i generally will use said recipes instead of the the thaumatorium out of preference, and im very used to finding exact recipes for things, im currently using flint for my instrumentum and making it in pairs so i can crystallize all the exess terra vis. or is that just the easiest route.

On another note, I'm currently stuck on two things - One of which is research that is currently unavailable to me in the Arcane Infusion tab. The screenshot within the spoiler contains the research items that are currently unavailable.
Next thing that I'm stuck on would be the beginning of the Eldritch research. I have the research node on the fundamentals page of the Thaumonomicon, but when I click on it, it's blank, as shown in the spoiler below. I can only assume that I have to get more warp before the text becomes visible to me, but I want some confirmation just to be sure, but who knows, maybe I'm just an idiot and it's not available yet. But if it does require more warp, are there any renewable ways of generating warp that are relatively inexpensive? I know Zombie Brains used to give warp, but they don't anymore, and I'm not sure if that's intentional or unintentional.

As far as I'm aware, eldritch research is currently unavalible due to the vast majority of it being either heavily WIP or unimplemented. As for the branches of arcane infusion, I almost there, but I still have to complete the infusion altar research and some more alchemy stuff.
I am stuck at the same point. I even cheated in stacks of crimson rites to get as much warp as possible. on the sanity checker my brain is fried but no Eldritch tab. So I also can't finish the alcemic metalurgy. I think it's because it is beta. if anyone finds this not to be the case please let us know.
if you read the book fully (that means using 3 different crystals with a bowl, flint and redstone in a crafting grid) you'll get salis mundus and if as the book suggest's you use said salis on a bookshelf you will get your thaumonomicon witch you can the use to learn how to do alchemy before learning about making a magical focus if your still lost after this you'll probably need to wait till a YouTube tutorial for dummy's comes out
PS as a frequent user of said YouTube tutorial"s no hard feelings

Loving the new TC6!
Added it into FTB Beyond. It gave some problem with receipies, especially the brass and iron plate stuff.
I have made a few Golems, but I cannot find a way to make them move Essentia between the Atomic Smelter and the Jars.
Believe there used to be a special Core for this purpose in the previous versions.
Anyone made this work?

Try chiseled stone or carved sandstone.
It's probably prudent. I certainly plan to do so on this next playthrough.

Make a vanilla Golem and scan it.

Still noone has been able to get the research for void?
My world does not spawn any tainted areas, so I don't think it is possible to progress anymore...

Read the OP.
Right in the OP, find a vis crystal and follow the hints
