I like this mod but can you remodel the chairs and stuff so that they look like actual wood from minecraft like this an oak chair like you did with the bench, I would like if you took minecraft blocks like Quartz, glass, normal wood, iron blocks, etc. But please take these ideas into consideration as I love this mod the way it is I just think in my opinion (I'm not speaking for anyone else, just me) that it would be like 100x better in my opinion
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the new prop placement system. It's a bit too restrictive and doesn't allow placement in perfectly fine areas. At least add a config option to disable it.
This mod is really too heavy for low end pcs? morethanAoA
can't really run it
Welcome to the club, before 2.0 I could run it with no lag or crashes.
However, come the update it sits on Mojang then crashes, the error randomly changing everytime. I'm thinking ether that mod got too intensive or its conflicting with bibliocraft. (most errors point to this mod and bibliocraft)
I have tried allocating more RAM as Razzle said, I continue to get the same results. In fact the error reports say suddenly my modpack is using no RAM at all.

To everyone ... please check if you are using FORGE version 1403 at least... also you need to allocate 2GB Ram to your minecraft for decocraft to run. The reason it is slow is because I added more models, nothing else has changed.
As for the placement complaints they are noted, I am working on a better placement system solution.
Perhaps, (if it is possible) you could add in the config the options to enable/disable props ? It could keep the mod as "slim" as possible for everybody ? Surely a lot of work...
I could definitely do that! Also... I haven't forgotten about your request, it is being worked on
Guess the issue was my forge version, it works now, though my computer lets me know very well it is not a fan of it lol.
I tried allocating more RAM using the instructions, however, I keep getting crashes saying 0 RAM is allocated when 1 GB is changed to 2 GB. When it stays at default it runs, poorly, but runs.

hmmm ok... let me try to help you . Add me on skype RazzleberryFox
Uh I accidentally joined my modded world on 1.8, and when I switched back to 1.7.0 everything from decocraft turned into cakes. Legit. Like, cakes or something.
Wanted to post a pic concerning Decocraft. The Decocraft Bench has a glitch. They appear as Soul Sand. I also noticed this in one of Direwolf20's Youtube videos. The bench recipe does not come up in NEI. I'm using the latest version of DC and Forge and have 4G memory allocated.

That's not a decocraft error. Try changing the name of the file to zdecoraft.jar (or whatever the actual name of it is) so it loads last in your pack.

That didn't work. The benches still appeared as Soul Sand in NEI, and the recipe doesn't come up. I even turned off the resource pack I was using and that didn't work either.

Go in the Props config and change display outline to false.
Yes, I did. I'm not that nooby. But when I put Decocraft 1.7.10, with Forge, I get a black screen and a game that will not respond.
And the only other mods I have is Mo Creatures and the mod that controls the Mo Creature animal spawning.

wow,i kinda want the regular decocraft cuz this 1 when i look at the decoration, its black........... (not trying to be raciest)<_<
Try putting smooth lighting on. Lots of blocks get like this because smooth lighting is off.
Also, why the crap would you think your comment was racist?!
As has been pointed out in numerous posts just on the last page even, go into the config file for Props and change display outline to false.

Just to let you know my crosshair disappeared when I added this to my mod pack and reappeared when I removed it.
Nevermind. Bad download of the .jar
