"The thing is, there's only six sides to a block" -Direwolf20
Not anymore!
How?
With the Tile Interface, you can interact with any block at a distance! Simply craft your interface with some lapis lazuli, nether quartz (any form) and an ender pearl, then place it against another block. You can now access the block the Interface is pointing at through the Interface. The interface will transfer right-clicks (enabling you to open GUIs), inventory, liquid, and Buildcraft power as if the Interface didn't exist.
For a better understanding, just watch my YouTube video, or just download and try it for yourself.
This mod only adds this one block.
Installation:
Install Red Gear Core*.
Download Tile Interface and toss the jar into your "mods" folder.
*Must be version 2.0.2 or higher
Changelog:
1.0.1
RedGear update - Make sure to update your Core to the new Red Gear Core setup.
New textures.
Language localizations.
EDIT - Nice work. Plays seamlessly with Buildcraft and Thermal Expansion.
Thermal Expansion? You mean it works with 1.5?
EDIT: Wait, no, that's impossible. Duh, I forgot 1.6 was the time of the great Fluid migration. There is no way this version would work with 1.5.
How the heck could you have tested it with Thermal Expansion? There isn't a 1.6 version is there? Because I've been checking every damn day since 1.6 came out.
I don't know how many times I've said this, but I am not an artist. I have NO artistic ability. If you want a better texture, someone other than me is going to have to make it.
Now THIS is a cool mod. I'm in the middle of a heavily modded single-player world at the moment, but the next time I redo my mod pack I'm definitely going to include this.

Thanks, I don't understand why there isn't more interest in this. I thought it was a pretty good and useful idea.

I like it. Very useful, but feel as though it 'could' be abused. But it does have a great balance with the recipe.
(So if I wanted to I could use these to immediately transport something two chunks away from where I need it, if I wished to without using a tesseract or another transporting block?)

Two chunks away? If you think that 32 ender pearls, and two stacks of nether quartz and lapis each is cheaper than two tesseracts ......... I mean, I feel that the cost is pretty fair considering each block only moves things ...... one block. It's a heck of a lot more expensive than a buildcraft pipe, item-duct, or even ME cable. In fact, can you think of any other transport system where one piece of it cost this much? Only Translocators even comes close really.
Guess I should have mentioned my Bee set up produces a surplus of the required resources. I want to use it with Big Reactors (if it works I hope it does than run it with some logistics with Steve's Factory Manager to monitor things) (Plus why use the old when I have new toys to tinker with! :D)
Yeah, the cost is fine was joking around a bit. It's a great mod!
Looks very nice, but when are you going to update the requirement for the ChemCraft Core to the Red Gear Core? And is Thermal Expansion energy transport also planned?

If I'm rude to you, just tell me. Don't take it too personally. Well, unless you were being stupid. If you were, DO take it personally.

Yea, I got distracted by Brewcraft. I tried to add that, but it just didn't work. EU and UE aren't happy either, so just forget about those. I thought about removing MJ actually, just to keep it simple, but I haven't yet and it's still there.
