You need sand in this mod, there is no way to make sand in this mod?
Please take this into consideration, and make it possible to make sand or an alternative.
Good day.
If you run into this problem, please note
1.
a.This mod is meant to be used in skyblock, where wood, water, mob drops, crops, and stone is the only renewable things.
b.This mod makes everything you can't get on skyblock obtainable.
c.You cannot get sand in skyblock
d.Therefor, this mod must make sand obtainable.

There is a long spoiler-tagged section explains what all things in this mod does.

It's probably a good idea, when you see something you think is a bug/glitch/mistake/ect to read every single thing about that mod so you know you haven't missed something or made a mistake

Hey Erasmus I really like the mod and there is only one thing i ask, i have a bunch of silk worms lying about. it would be good if you could craft each one into 1 piece of string

You can, you just need to stick them in a leaf block, and preferably wait a little while before breaking it.

Cook then for exp and food, give them to mobs so they don't despawn, or compost them into dirt
Still wanting to know if I can get the scythe from tinkers construct to drop silkworms or if it's a planned feature or not
Perhaps if zero puts that crook modifier in ex aliquo. In that case, it should work. And wouldn't be especially overpowered because the scythe is only available once you get 36 of any type of metal (I usually go with bronze because you just need 27 copper and 9 tin) in order to actually get.
Organized the wiki to be a bit cleaner. i recommend locking the home page so only administrators can edit it, to avoid vandalism. Anyway, great mod, i don't play skybox maps but it works well with a handful of mods i have for my normal survival.

I love this mod on and off skyblock. I prefer to make my own resources rather than find them.
maybe Have a leaf block and a silk worm in a crafting table and it gives you 1 string. that way you have to have gotten iron first so you still need to be decently set up and you also have no chance at getting more worms
Great mod, loving its applicability in many packs. Minor suggestion, however, for new players:
New players of this mod who haven't seen the forum thread often have issues with figuring out seive recipes. So, pack-makers have to repeatedly yell at them to go read the forums, or otherwise provide seive info. I suggest integrating with NEI somehow to show this info. Below is my suggestion for how you could do that.
In Railcraft, there's a multiblock called the Rock Crusher, which has many potential outputs for a single input, probabilistically distributed. The author of that mod has made it so that Rock Crusher recipes can show in NEI (along with their probabilities). I would suggest supplying a similar machine, with a similar UI, that registers the various inputs/outputs as recipes, in a way NEI could display. You could make it non-craftable/creative-only, to preserve the manual-ness of the process, but it would still work as far as NEI's concerned. (Or, you could make it insanely expensive also - a nether star hammer, surrounded by diamond blocks or something - just to give players/pack-makers a big goal in vanilla Ex Nihilo...).

Thanks for making such a superb mod!
There doesn't even have to be a machine. NEI can work with just a GUI. And I've looked through the source a bit, a plugin seems entirely doable.
Sorry if this is a repeat question, I glanced around a bit and didn't see the answer. What percent chance does each item have of getting popped out of the seiev?
How do you use the doll? I am clicking everywhere..
Craft precious doll into either a creepy or angry doll, right click that doll on a barrel filled with the appropriate liquid. Doll will be removed from your inventory, stand back and wait for a while.
RTFM?
anyways.....

+1 Reputation for this advice.
Read The "Fine" Manual, a response with a very long tradition for when somene asks a question which can be easily answered by doing so.
eat them...

Silkworms aren't *made* of string...
Cook then for exp and food, give them to mobs so they don't despawn, or compost them into dirt
Make a pool of water between Y 46 to 62. Squids will spawn in them.

Yeah, you need to use the angry doll on a barrel of lava and a creepy doll on a barrel of witchwater.
