For a while, me and a few friends have been working on a mod we call "Ingot." This mod, much like Bukkit, gives you plugins and a plugin API. This mod is just now released, and we plan to add tons of more stuff in the coming days.
How is Ingot any better than Bukkit?
This list could go on and on, but here's a few reasons to start developing for Ingot:
Ingot is flexible and extensive. You can mess with practically any of the server functionality.
Ingot doesn't break plugins every update, like with using CraftBukkit code.
Ingot is fast, and non-resource intensive.
Where do I get Ingot?
Ingot has its own official site, http://ingotmc.org. We hope this mod will give plugin developers and server owners a lot of ease when it comes to making plugins and using them. If you have any feedback, we'd appreciate replies to this topic with your concern/message.
Thank you for reading this!
