I men't by an option for some way to get body part skins with custom texture about it's length/height
(because the texture looks stretchy or flat when scaling your characters body parts)
I don't think there's a way to even make that possible. The skin is going to scale with the part, regardless of it's size. Whether that makes it flat or stretchy is unfortunately a side-effect of changing scale on anything. Essentially what your asking for is a recreation of a texture when the model itself changes size, applying or removing pixels as needed to avoid this 'stretch' or 'smoosh'. Without having a library of textures built into the mod (which wouldn't be possible for every skin imaginable) there's no way to do that.

Hoping anyone can answer this or show me a work around. I have MPM and Tails! both installed. I like a lot of the options from both. But i just noticed that since installing MPM, the ears i'm using from the Tails! mod are floating and disconnected from the character model head.... Any work around for this, or would i need to try to contact the maker of Tails! and let them know?

Have you tried using MPM's ears instead?
I've heard in the past that Tails and MPM worked fine together, but I wasn't aware that Tails had added Ears.

Tails actually added Ears, Wings, and Muzzles too. MPM's ears are actually what i'm using at the moment. Though, they make me look more like a teddy bear than a wolf. But Tails doesn't have proper wolf ears either. I had to make due with cat ears before they started acting like they were anchored to my shoulders. Everything else in MPM works great with Tails though. Not really sure what could be causing the floating ears. I've also noticed that between MPM and Tails, there seems to be a color issue when it comes to implementing muzzles or snouts. Both suffer from the same darkening issue when trying to assign a color to that part. Tried using the "player skin" option but it just turns anything it's set to invisible. Maybe i'm missing something.
Edit: I should probably mention that i'm using MC version 1.10.2, and trying to compile a custom modpack. Trying to throw something interesting together for me and a few friends. Is there anything this mod specifically doesn't play well together with?

Anything that uses the Animation API. MPM doesn't like it..
Far as ears go, you can texture your own ears in MPM with the player skin option for those. And muzzles, well that's again locating where on the skin it needs to be to properly render. And size does matter for alignment on the skin. For example a texture for a Large Muzzle will look awful on a Small or Medium one in MPM.
I never did figure out the ears thing for MPM myself, never really bothered to fiddle with it too much. :\ But I do know that with the right texture on your skin you can shape your ears however, from round like mouse, to pointed like a cat/dog or whatever the case.

I noticed a problem with the mod and armourer's workshop mod(3D armor mod) as skins wont show and the armor does not fit, this problem only happens for this mod, this is bad for role plays since you'er only going to get differant shape steve's

First of all, which game and mod version are you using? Have you tried reloading skins in the config gui?
And as for the armor, if it has a custom model, it won't scale with the player. This applies to any version and any mod with unique armor models.
i'm using the 1.7.10 version since that's armourer's workshops latest version(it's not cancelled it's just the version they prefer)and same version for more player models 2, the hat piece seems to render on your head when you'er short or tall but not the armor, also skins won't appear
This glitch of sorts has been happening to multiple on my peers on a server I play on that has MPM enabled (meaning the plugin is enabled)
it seems that the eye model appears on random players around the server, which looks out of place on them.
Here is a picture listing the issue:
I am on the left side with the eyes disabled on my model, but the player to the right has the eyes on.
Is there any fix to this, or is it just a bug/glitch?
This is repeated on both the most recent 1.10.2 and 1.11 versions of the mod, when the eye models were added.
Are you certain the player on the right has positioned the eyes correctly?

The odd thing is they don't even have the mod installed. I asked a few people that had the eyes looking the same way, and they also said they were not using the mod.
Not sure if this glitch has to do with my own client (which was a fresh minecraft installation), the mod itself, or the plugin. But I figured posting it here might bring attention to it and maybe we can compare notes on it.

Update: problem was client sided.
All I needed to do was go into the moreplayermodels folder and delete everything but the presets and everything was fixed. I saved the entire folder when I re-installed MC, so that's where the problem was.

Yeah, MPM for 1.7.10 is known to have skin issues. As far as I know, there's no way to really fix it. I ended up changing the default 'Steve' texture in the game files just to get my custom skin to appear.
And like I said before, armor from other mods won't always work with MPM. I know for a fact that some armor from Mekanism won't fit the player properly if you're taller or shorter. Again, there's nothing you can really do about it.
So me and my friend are playing on a public server together with this mod, which means we both have downloaded it and we also have the same settings. But we can't see each other's custom models? Is that a problem? Or are we not supposed to?

The server has to support MPM by having the mod or plugin installed to the server itself.

You need to use the direct link URL for your skin to show up. Copy/paste it in the skin URL box, then click the "reload skins" button. Should show your new, linked skin.
For example:
Helloo! I've been using MPM for a while though, and have just recently updated to 1.8.9. Though, I noticed that, while entities, HD skins, etc are working completely fine, the player heights are always at the default 100%? Currently using MnmUtils, Tabbychat, forge 1.8.9, and Optifine 1.8.9 to pair with the MPM mod.
Quick lil' bump! ^^ Any know of what may have happened?

Hey! Is there a way to add custom models? That'd be really nice and I have some fun ideas for my server if so.
Forum signatures are so 2012.

This really needs to be added to an F.A.Q or something, because it's been asked 100 times now..
No, you cannot add your own custom models to MPM.

Don't know if this is the problem you're having. I remember skin URLs working fine for me in 1.10.2. Might be a mod conflict if you have other mods.
