It does not.
You quoted a crashlog that does not involve any of my mods after changing other people's mods.
If you know it has been posted (about 6 times) before, you should also know I have repeatedly said it has been fixed.
More length just means slower transfer; they work exactly the same as RC pipes.
Then you built it incorrectly.
I'm on there all the time. I try to help people with their problems, and if there's an issue I don't know how to fix, I try referring them over here to ask their question. I'd like to see RotaryCraft/ReactorCraft become as popular as IC2, TE, BC, etc., although the power system probably puts people off from trying them out. I know I was a bit daunted at first when I saw that things were computed with actual physics, but once I got into it I found out that you really only have to worry about meeting required numbers and tweaking torque to speed ratios to obtain optimal operations.
You cannot empty them completely, much as in real life.
Is it actually dealing damage greater than zero?
I think three things contribute to RC's lack of popularity:
Thanks so much!
As long as you keep to the rules, go ahead.
First, I understand the whole concern you have of "make sure that stuff can be made without having to donate to the server".
Second, since I'm not using either ReactorCraft nor ElectriCraft, I have no vested interest in the decision.
No other mod that I know of generates ores and only permits them in the overworld instead of other dimensions like twilight forest or mystcraft ages; some dimensions, like the Deep Dark, are specifically for mining and have extra ores above normal. So I don't understand the idea of "I will only generate in the overworld, and have to generate in the overworld".
I know that CofhWorld has the ability to act as a single-source of ores, replacing the oregen normally done by common mods. I can do the same thing with COG. So there's at least two ways out there to force ores to generate in other dimensions, and/or exclude from the overworld.
My question is simple: Why force "only in overworld"; why not "generate in any stone-based world"? Why not follow the same behaviors as most other ore-adding mods?

(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?

When I said "only in overworld", I meant only overworld-type generation. Twilight Forest, MystCraft, and similar will generate it.
There is no minimum power. Power input leads to heat accumulation. Fight the heat loss (due to convection) and you have a power requirement.
This should be easy to fix.
This is already fixed in v20.
on the ball as always
cheers Reika
Forgive my ignorance, but what is convecting if the rock hasn't actually liquified yet? Just air currents at the edges of the machine?
For the Now:
They do, yes. The book should say this.
Yes.
I must say I am actually getting excited about v20
keep rock'n man
I have done nothing to it, and it works fine for me.
Yes, that is how I designed it.
Reika will you please consider changing your name pronunciation from 'ray-kuh' to to 'ree-kuh'.
That way when people stop you on the streets they say 'Eureka!'.
You're welcome.
I find it amazing that you have so much in 1 place and that you still have good fps. About a week of solid play in and my worlds end up lagging me out. I have to go to great lengths to build things lag friendly and even then it only goes so far. I start a new world with about 220fps and I normally end up giving up a good 30hrs of play later when i've fully hit the tech stage and my fps drops to a consistent 15 or lower. Anyway, I'm always curious about peoples computer specs and how some people seem to get amazing performance while others cant.
