Quick Question for anyone who has completed the update from v9 to v10. I am in the process of updating and I noticed that lubricant has been replaced with rc-lubricant. When this change happens all of the lubricant in BC pipes and Railcraft tanks is lost.
This is not a major problem, but since I have not completed the upgrade I just wonder if there was a way to avoid this?

That was a much requested change. It avoids RC Lubricant being overridden by Pneumaticraft lubricant. Now we can make buckets of lubricant easily again
Great now it work, but something happen and i'm not sure it's intented :
i want it to export gravel in the chest to make sand in the grinder if there is less than 10000 sand, so it work normally but once the chest is full i see all my gravel disapearing from my system like being exported to the chest but since the chest is full the ME item distributors should be waiting room in the chest before exporting something but instead it export "in the void" or there is something i'm missing
EDIT:A more clear example : i set "send gravel if there is less than 10k sand" AND "send blaze rod if there is less than 500 blaze powder"
So everything ok with that but once the chest is full of gravel i see all my blaze rod disapearing like if they are sent to the chest but because of no room in the chest every excess vanish

That is Excellent news, smoother mod interaction is always for the better!
I should clarify though, I did not mean avoid the name change, rather the loss of the existing lubricant in the RailCraft Tanks.
It occurs to me that I did not check the Fluid Compression tanks.
Do you happen to know if they retain their contents through the upgrade?

I do see the elemental stones and have tried to combine them in many ways to fulfill the progress hint "What effect does combining all the different elements have?". I managed to find out the elemental core needed a binding crystal in the mix as well, but all I get is a crossed out question mark so I imagine more needs to be discovered first. Finding out all the colours is one of my first tasks in Chromaticraft so that much is very much done, and I have been using boosted shards for crystal rune production to line the casting temple. With all these steps done I still seem blocked. Thank you for the response, however, I will keep tinkering with this issue and hope something random I do will work.

Hello, I have some problem with a ChromatiCraft.
This mode needs a lot of RAM and heap memory, according to this, I suspect some memory leak.
Would you be so kind to help me? All that I can give you are two screens.
1 - Assembly + ChromatiCraft.
2 - Assembly + ChromatiCraft with deleted Textures and without downloading .ogg (this is an experiment).
I just want to know - is it normal, isn't it? And if yes, why did the memory consumption increased sharply at the v10.
I am using the Forge last build.
Maybe this screenshot will help. But I doubt that the recipe works if you lack the appropriate fragment.
That would be my stopping block exactly. It does appear that I am not meant to figure this out through experimentation and do in fact require a fragment.

It should persist. I put hooks into Forge to make sure of that.

Though I am willing, there are several logistical problems that would need to be solved, not the least of which is that I rarely get more than 15 minutes at a time without interruption and cannot speak at audible volumes past late evening.
Also, the videos would...probably not be PG.
I see. That is most troublesome a situation to even attempt to have a Let's Play. I am curious how you're able to give us tours of your bases with these conditions alone. As for the M rating, I'm sure people wouldn't mind (you could also include a disclaimer at the start, giving fair warning to the type of content contained), and if people did mind, then who's to stop you?
glitch: I was doing a chromaticraft ritual to get an ability and the game crashed (these rituals often crash my game, they're pretty buggy) and when I restarted the game my vision was stuck in the ritual perspective, so I can't really see very well, my controls are reversed, and my guy is constantly facing the screen. I tried sleeping, restarting, breaking the ritual table, and killing myself to stop the glitch so I could see again, but it didnt work until I restarted the game twice. But now I don't have any of my abilities anymore I tried to do a ritual to get my powers back but it stuck me back in that glitchy POV vision again. It's pretty messed up.
It's about the announcement to the server when someone progresses. So you'll see something like: "Zemerick has discovered X". The crash is in that code, so disabling it prevents this from happening. The config is:

That's the progress crash, just disable the config for it for now.

indeed Chromaticraft requires you to "discover" the progression in game not meta your way through.
