Do you have any nonintercepting blocks in the way? Bocks that don’t intercept neutrons have a chance to spawn radiation when they have a neutron pass through them. Also, that shielding gives you a 0.025% chance of a neutron getting through, so I see no reason for neutrons to get through.
Reika, do you have integration with Advanced Rocketry the same way do you with GlactiCraft? So gas turbine not working on the moon, etc.? if not, I would like it because it is a more realistic approach than GlactiCraft (Multiblock rockets, etc).
EDIT: Also, if you ever get JetPlane up and running, could it include rockets as well, or would that be too much work?

Can someone help me with Lumen Repeaters? I have not clue why they are not connecting to the pylon. They are connected to a ritual altar behind me.
A few common sources of problems:
(1) Does the lumen repeater closest to the pylon have line of sight to the centre of the pylon's orb? I can't see it in the picture, but it looks possible that the angle is too steep or that pylon blocks may be in the way. The same may apply at the altar end.
(2) When attempting to use the ritual altar, do you have connections to pylons of all elements required by the ritual? The elements are drawn in a sequence that can't be altered by you, so the second won't be drawn if the first hasn't been drawn before.
(3) Are you attempting "Lumen Harnessing" (featuring the first use of lumen repeaters) or are you attempting the later one, ie the only other progression achievement that requires them (I don't recall the name atm). There are additional progression requirements for the latter, so you can't do them in sequence even if doing the first will unlock the second.
(4) Did you place all repeaters a maximum of 16 blocks from each other?
(5) Did you remove and replace a wood block without removing the repeater block? Repeater structures only work if the repeater block is placed last.
(6) Did you use anything else but standard oak wood for a repeater structure, anywhere? Repeaters will only work with standard oak wood.
(1)Should there be a white dotted line to the pylon? I thought I saw one, but I was zapped soon after so will check again.

(1) Unfortunately, no. There's never a line between the pylon orb and the first repeater. I take it we are both using v19c.
(3) Indeed. If you are successful in using the lumen repeaters for the first time, you will complete the progression achievement "Lumen Harnessing". Consult your lexicon. If you can't see it on the progression page (with cryptic text below it indicating it's not completed), you lack progression to use lumen repeaters and must progress elsewhere first. Though it's odd that you have the recipe then, there are circumstances where this happens.
(6) The lumen repeater structure consists of one oak wood block and one lumen repeater block on top o fit. Other repeater types don't use wood.
I have the progression. I have all oak repeaters. The question mark was a typo. I will report back later. Testing will begin shortly.
EDIT: This confuses me greatly. All repeaters can see each other, every repeater can see the pylon, I replaced all repeaters, all 3 pylons are connected, and I have the recipe unlocked. As a bonus I unlocked painful loss. Not fun. (~37,000 lumen cap)
Hey Reika, I'm currently playing Agrarian Skies 2, with RotaryCraft and some other mods added (once I figured out I had to update Forestry for things to work that is), and I had an idea. So we can enchant Woodcutters with Fortune, Efficiency, and Infinity right, what about Silk Touch for leaves? The reason I ask is, while running around with Shears of Winter from Xeno's Reliquary (which I added because I love the Coin of Fortune, and made the hardmode recipes) and shearing trees (because I believe MFR's Harvester doesn't give saplings in shear mode, at least if I recall) is doable and all, I'd be much happier just placing a couple of Steam Engines, Shaft Junction-ed into a Woodcutter and whacking it with some books for my leaves to turn into Dirt for my farms. Alternatively, if you think that it could make ethanol production too easy, perhaps requiring Bedrock Shears, but I personally think that would be a bit much.
Also, my stock of 4k saplings disagree with your beliefs. I even have enough for bioreactor to supplement power generation.
Well, I guess I misremembered then, I'll have to test. Still, would make a neat addition.
Edit: Just tested, no saplings. Using MFR 2.8.1-174, which is the final 1.7.10 version. Perhaps you temporarily disabled shear mode on yours, because in the few minutes of testing I haven't got a single sapling, or maybe it depends on the tree. What are you growing?

Would making a similar lighter version of your mechanics for one or 2 machines in my mod count as a substantial part of the mod? ( Not that I am going to do this. Im still toying with the idea) I do plan on, making a few machines that are similar to your grinder, extractor, and fermenter, as I-I kinda miss them in 1.12 lol

Hmm... which ritual are you attempting to cast? And...are you standing on top of the ritual altar when attempting to cast it? I don't recall if that's necessary to draw the power, but it is necessary to get the ritual to affect you.
Pylon surge protection.Yes, I am standing on it. Should debug say depth:-1 for all repeaters? If not, is there a specific order to place them in? They were not placed away from the pylon, but going towards it.
EDIT: I also got the impression from the handbook that it only needed me on top of it to give me the ability, not to charge, but I was standing on it anyway.
