For those that are curious, Reika posted this graph on reddit about the required torques compared to power stored back when he originally added the torque requirement.
NEI crashes on left click on certain vanilla minecraft recipes. (tried with various wood logs, and stone bricks. Uncertain if same crash log for both-this is the log i got when the stone bricks crashed me.) I know this is a fairly old modpack/world.. I try not to update anything that would risk world corruption.. quite afraid of that, too much to lose.
A user on reddit believes rotarycraft or dragonAPI is the culprit, so here I am. Additionally, this bug seems inconsistent. Sometimes I'll crash, sometimes it works fine for days at a time. As such, i have *not* attempted updating rotarycraft/dragonapi/etc because it seems like I wouldn't be able to tell if it actually fixes or not. Also, unsure if it is related, but NEI just seems to infrequently crash my game in general clicking on any recipe. I can try to get more crash reports if you need them.
Any ideas?

I really like your mods but sometimes the explanations (especially in Chromaticraft) are very hard to understand, so how do I use the Elemental Sonar Ability in the Chromaticraft Dimension to find th Structures?
Imagine this ability as a non-rotating map with north at the top and logarithmic scale (you are always at the center). Choose direction and follow it, reusing ability from time to time.

Here's another issue I stumbled upon after upgrading from 7f to 11b. This time it's Electricraft. Induction motors won't work. I make my motors trough crafting table (worktable disbled, becouse of another issue, reported 1 page before) and get unupgraded version of that motor. Putting it to the wire makes it get "broken" noises and cause smoke particle effects (wire supplied by only one generator). Putting it DIRECTRLY to the indution generator end, feedeing of four hydrokinetic engines, cause same effect.
I use creative mode to spawn an induction motor with 4x amplifier, and it works only 1 induction motor to 1 induction generator. Craftable motors won't even work from 1 generator.
Problem duplicates on clean install (minecraft 1.7.10 + forge 10.13.4.1492 + rotarycraft, reactorcraft, electricraft 11b) on 2 computers 2000 km apart.
This is not a bug.Your generator is still handling four engines.

I'm sorry, but considering lack of wiki information on the issue, can I ask what actually wrong? I mean, by my thoughts, my induction motor connected to ONLY ONE induction generator as an energy source of electric current. And hydrokinetic engines produce different kind of energy so they doesn't count. Or I have to use a battery anyway to make all the hydrokinetic engines count as 1 source of energy?

P.P.S described setup works in 7f.
EC now traces the power right back to it's source, this includes the shaft network, so the induction motor determines that you are actually powering it with four engines and breaks. At least that's how I think it works.

I have found a few things that seem strange.AC engine, if broken with a core in it will drop 2 cores. also the dynometer shows less power the farther from it I am, and some time different on both sides, this is when hooked differently to a AC engine. I also can not seem to get a AC engine above 4,000kW with the fastest clock I can build, or even two.

AC engine has an ability to run of the shaft cores inside player inventory (you know strong magnetic fields can form electric fields from some distance) and this ability has priority over the core in the engine itself. So you have not to bring shaft cores near your AC engine, when you want power from it and it already has charged core in it. However this is only for player inventory, nearby chest with charged cores doesn't trigger this.

Electricraft doesn't allow you to overcome rotarycraft's limits. Furthermore it has some more its own limits to prevent shortcutting. Engines, machines and so on from both mods are trying to find the actual source of the power. So if you have hydrokinetic powering your induction generator then induction motors know that they recieve their power from hydrokinetic engine. So if you have 4 hydrokinetics in a row (common setup) it counts as 4 power sources. So you can't merge more power without using of bedrock shafts and electricraft won't help you here neither. Also you can't overcome these restrictions by batteries, induction motors will still know that they have multiple power sources.
However what you can really do is charging up battery (or industrial coil), then shutdown power (only in case of battery as it can provide and recieve power at the same time while industrial coil can't) and apply redstone signal to battery or coil. Now it counts as 1 power source as long as your battery doesn't recieve external power.
You can ask "ok, with all these restrictions why I ever want to use electricraft". Electricraft shines when it is time to split power. So for example you can easily power up 64 woodcutters at decent speed with only 1 microturbine (with just rotarycraft it could be really painfull)
Ok, theres another question (sorry if I newb): With my 2 induction motors (4x amplifiers) my system runs - ok, but implementing 3rd row of 4 hydrokinetic engines and add 3rd induction motor (so it's still 4 sources to 1 motor) system stops. I managed to trace the problem with the Electric Meter to amperage. At the moment I put the wire to connect 3rd induction motor, amperage in the intake wires leading out of hydrokinetic drops from 48A to 45A, so all grinders stops. I'm honestly doesnt know why. Any help?
Actually your setup should not work even with 2nd row. If you read electricraft book then you know that each power source creates a path to each power sink. So if you have 2 rows of 4 hydrokinetics feeding one network with 2 motors then you already have 8 power sources per motor. However can we see exact setup when amperage get low? Because amperage of multiple sources must be added, not substracted and voltage will be the lowest of all power sources. But if with adding 3rd row you also added more power sinks then it is intended behaviour as amperage(current) is splitting amongst all power sinks.
I can't seem to figure out how to activate the infusions after I have infused myself in chromaticraft. I can open the infusion menu but I can not click on any of them

Actually all three setups should be broken, however due the Reika's way of doing things may be his machines are smart enough to realize that the number of sources is a multiple of the number of sinks so they don't exceed restriction of maximum of 4 sources.
The last setup is a bit more interesting. All numbers in rotarycraft (and with it in electricraft) tend to be power of two. But when you divide some power of two by three you get fractions, and all this power numbers must be integers so there is round up process (and for obvious reasons it uses floor, not ceil). So I advise you to use parallel lines if you want to use 3 grinders or switch to power of two numbers to avoid losses in your lines.

I know that it looks like I'm just spamming hydro's to get power, but it's really not the way it was intended to be. Playing rotarycraft for the first time as the backbone of modpack, I'm assuming hydro's as next step after perfomance engine, before micro's and than jet engine. So I planned the base architecture to bear a water pillar for powering bedrock breaker, but it turns out that it's easier to power bedrock breaker with the jet engine, so I decided to use hydros to power jet fuel production. Turns out that my lube production can't keep up with 4 hydros, so being cheap ******* I cant force myself to throw away hydro's and use micro's instead, by that I make another set of hydros: one for lube, one for jet fuel. But 1 set of hydros can't make enough lube for two set of hydros, not even two sets of hydro, can keep one set over. So' I can't fight myself just to give up and admit that resources I put into hydros just lost) Basically, what I'm trying to do is to find any use for my water pillar, becouse getting ri of hydros makes it just useless dicoration.
I just tested 24KW(1 1/2 steam engines) powering grinders to make lube, which more then keeps up with 4 hydros. If you can't make huge amounts of lube with 2MW, then you need to look at how grinders and shaft junctions work.
I found hydros were pretty good for running a tunnel bore.
If you're set for mineral wealth, a second option could be using the chain drive or ElectriCraft to bring the power back up into your base.
If you scrap the hydros, keep the waterfall anyway- you can jump down the hole and land in the water to prevent splatting.
Place a fan vertically for a quick way out.

Reika, I may have found a non-crash bug. Not sure though,, so i'll post it here with a brief description of what I did.
I have a solenoid magnet set up with a steel shaft going into it. I am feeding the absolute minimum power from an infinite industrial coil (265 rad/s at 32768 nM) through a North-Up bevel gear. the shift tooltip says the steel shaft can only handle 6,711 nM, just over 1/5 of what I'm giving it. Sure enough, it visually breaks, but it still seems to transfer power. The solenoid keep spinning, and if i break the shaft block it starts slowing down immediately. Tested it with a diamond shaft, and that carries the power and does not visually break.
Is this truly a bug, or am I missing something obvious?
Note: by visually break I mean the shaft disappears from inside the frame.

Edit2: slight visual bug on the lower-right corners of the rear of plasma injectors. screenshot attached. The shading is reversed on that one corner.

The first sounds like a sync issue; the second has been fixed.

There's a config setting to allow most worktable recipes to be made in a regular crafting table. It sounds like you need to enable that.

Your version is a bit old. This problem was almost fixed in v11.
Imagine this ability as a non-rotating map with north at the top and logarithmic scale (you are always at the center). Choose direction and follow it, reusing ability from time to time.
I plan to keep it the same except for editing block damage explosions and the use of chunkloaders. I intend to make this a pack exclusive to modrealms.

Curse PremiumThis is not a bug.Your generator is still handling four engines.
EC now traces the power right back to it's source, this includes the shaft network, so the induction motor determines that you are actually powering it with four engines and breaks. At least that's how I think it works.
Please don't PM me asking for help, I will just redirect you to the appropriate forum, where there are others who are far more skilled than me.

Curse PremiumI have found a few things that seem strange.AC engine, if broken with a core in it will drop 2 cores. also the dynometer shows less power the farther from it I am, and some time different on both sides, this is when hooked differently to a AC engine. I also can not seem to get a AC engine above 4,000kW with the fastest clock I can build, or even two.

AC engine has an ability to run of the shaft cores inside player inventory (you know strong magnetic fields can form electric fields from some distance) and this ability has priority over the core in the engine itself. So you have not to bring shaft cores near your AC engine, when you want power from it and it already has charged core in it. However this is only for player inventory, nearby chest with charged cores doesn't trigger this.
Well, after updating to v11 (about a month ago) I had only 1 or 2 crashes due to NEI lookup and I'm not really sure that it were Reika's mods.
Electricraft doesn't allow you to overcome rotarycraft's limits. Furthermore it has some more its own limits to prevent shortcutting. Engines, machines and so on from both mods are trying to find the actual source of the power. So if you have hydrokinetic powering your induction generator then induction motors know that they recieve their power from hydrokinetic engine. So if you have 4 hydrokinetics in a row (common setup) it counts as 4 power sources. So you can't merge more power without using of bedrock shafts and electricraft won't help you here neither. Also you can't overcome these restrictions by batteries, induction motors will still know that they have multiple power sources.
However what you can really do is charging up battery (or industrial coil), then shutdown power (only in case of battery as it can provide and recieve power at the same time while industrial coil can't) and apply redstone signal to battery or coil. Now it counts as 1 power source as long as your battery doesn't recieve external power.
You can ask "ok, with all these restrictions why I ever want to use electricraft". Electricraft shines when it is time to split power. So for example you can easily power up 64 woodcutters at decent speed with only 1 microturbine (with just rotarycraft it could be really painfull)
Actually your setup should not work even with 2nd row. If you read electricraft book then you know that each power source creates a path to each power sink. So if you have 2 rows of 4 hydrokinetics feeding one network with 2 motors then you already have 8 power sources per motor. However can we see exact setup when amperage get low? Because amperage of multiple sources must be added, not substracted and voltage will be the lowest of all power sources. But if with adding 3rd row you also added more power sinks then it is intended behaviour as amperage(current) is splitting amongst all power sinks.
I can't seem to figure out how to activate the infusions after I have infused myself in chromaticraft. I can open the infusion menu but I can not click on any of them
Actually all three setups should be broken, however due the Reika's way of doing things may be his machines are smart enough to realize that the number of sources is a multiple of the number of sinks so they don't exceed restriction of maximum of 4 sources.
The last setup is a bit more interesting. All numbers in rotarycraft (and with it in electricraft) tend to be power of two. But when you divide some power of two by three you get fractions, and all this power numbers must be integers so there is round up process (and for obvious reasons it uses floor, not ceil). So I advise you to use parallel lines if you want to use 3 grinders or switch to power of two numbers to avoid losses in your lines.

Curse PremiumI just tested 24KW(1 1/2 steam engines) powering grinders to make lube, which more then keeps up with 4 hydros. If you can't make huge amounts of lube with 2MW, then you need to look at how grinders and shaft junctions work.
I found hydros were pretty good for running a tunnel bore.
If you're set for mineral wealth, a second option could be using the chain drive or ElectriCraft to bring the power back up into your base.
If you scrap the hydros, keep the waterfall anyway- you can jump down the hole and land in the water to prevent splatting.
Place a fan vertically for a quick way out.

Reika, I may have found a non-crash bug. Not sure though,, so i'll post it here with a brief description of what I did.
I have a solenoid magnet set up with a steel shaft going into it. I am feeding the absolute minimum power from an infinite industrial coil (265 rad/s at 32768 nM) through a North-Up bevel gear. the shift tooltip says the steel shaft can only handle 6,711 nM, just over 1/5 of what I'm giving it. Sure enough, it visually breaks, but it still seems to transfer power. The solenoid keep spinning, and if i break the shaft block it starts slowing down immediately. Tested it with a diamond shaft, and that carries the power and does not visually break.
Is this truly a bug, or am I missing something obvious?
Note: by visually break I mean the shaft disappears from inside the frame.

Edit2: slight visual bug on the lower-right corners of the rear of plasma injectors. screenshot attached. The shading is reversed on that one corner.
