To
fix various font issues, I need to get the original font scale ratio,
then rescale it to 1.0x. But sometimes it requires more work (increase
line spacing, reposition, etc). Without using stacktrace, I can only fix
the most generic cases - about 80% of font issues, while making the
remaining 20% worse than ever.
Of course I will check the OpenGL
matrix first. Then get the stacktrace for text with bad scale ratio. So
it will not be as bad as you think.
Or you can call GL11.glLoadIdentity()...
(just make sure to push and pop before and after)

Something messed with the worldgen, and created blocks that do not exist.

Well, things are not that simple. Some mods use glTranslatef() to set the location for their text, while the x and y passed to drawString() are 0. By the way, before I start writing this mod, I have already did some research and profiling on getStackTrace(), to make sure not to mess up everything.

Ok, I give up: is there any way to cheat in the Desert Temple Achievement?
I
now tried finding one for three hours in several huge deserts. I tried
flying around, digging around, TC-Portable-Holeing around. At some point
I even resorted to ExU's X-raying. Nothing at all. Several crystal
chambers, yes, but not a single temple. I don't know if there is some
bug preventing them from spawning, or if BoP somehow causes a problem
(biome is still "Desert"), but searching for several hours with no
result is taunting.
Could you plase not gate the entirety of
the lategame behind this? Some small things are fine, but spending hours
to look for those things is not what I consider "fun".
They currently do not generate due to a bug. This has been fixed for v10.

1. I have multiblock structure(same as in recipe and Reika's video on youtube). I post screens as a proof.
2. Thanks, i'll try to resolve this problem. Reika has created very good mods, but sometimes his interfaces make me want to delete them. Chroma interfaces needs full rework, i think.
According with recipe i must place only a table and runes on this positions. But if i must place more blocks, then why recipes hasn't any warnings about it? It really strange for such "random finded recipies" mod.
P.s. I believe you and will search necessary pages.
the recipe is tier 2 which means you need a structure to craft ANY of the t2+ recipes, those runes ONLY refer to what is needed for THAT recipe not the casting room, generally it is a good idea to read the text on any new fragment you collect, not just immediately try to craft what you think you need/want. This is particularly important with magic mods as things are intentionally not straight forward, because you know, magic.
In order to retain an expanded mining progression (copper->bronze->iron->steel->diamond->obsidian) following the removal of Tinker's Construct, and all its addons, I am using a combination of Block Properties (to change the ore harvest levels) and Custom Items (to replace all existing pickaxes within that progression with identical picks with new harvest levels).
Three questions:
Am I permitted to replace the HSLA pickaxe with an identical one using Custom items? I will configure it with 600 uses, move the mining to "diamond" level (meaning hsla steel can mine diamonds and other gems), the rest of the properties will basically be copy/pasted from iron, and the pickaxe texture will be a duplicate of the default.
Am I permitted to change the harvest levels of reactorcraft and electricraft ores to match the new configuration?
If #2 is allowed, is there a way to shut off the DragonAPI override for Pitchblende, Magnetite, and Thorite ores?
If permitted, I will naturally make sure these changes will be added to the appropriate mods' handbooks.
@20 minutes in, the reason for this is something I've explained before, the CC (and apparently open computers) API converts java's arrays into multiple separate values. This is completely different from returning one value (a table) which itself contains multiple values. In a nutshell, you can return more than one value at any time. The print() function can take any number of arguments, so it will print all 3 of them, however, when trying to assign all 3 of them to only one variable, only the first one will be assigned. The solution for this is as follows:
liquid, level, maxAmount = readTank()
Doing this in lua will allow all 3 values to be accessed by other functions. Alternatively, you could set the first value in the tank array that dragon API returns to be another array, containing the 3 values you want to access from LUA. Or at least I'm assuming that will convert it into a table.

#1: HSLA already has the ability to mine diamonds and other gems, as it inherits the iron harvest level.
#2: Yes.
#3: Some ores were set not to allow their harvest levels to change.

Reika, I think meteorcraft has a bug which eats chuck sized holes out of the landscape at the edges of loaded chunks when a meteor tries to land there. I say it's meteorcraft because after adding it is the first time i've seen the bug, its not a crash bug so cant get a crash log and I dont know when it happens so no point with a console log (unless you want one...).
basically what happens is when running around leaving my base area, Im playing ssp, I come across a gaping square hole with itemised blocks at the bottom, sometimes the hole is clearly made of a couple misaligned holes usually running in one direction. I know I didnt make them and no one else could have. I havent gone and measured the size of the hole but it is at least chunk sized and not aligned to chunks, Im not sure if they are cubic but they are square or close to square.
If you have any idea what may cause it or how to fix it that would be great. I think it is caused by meteors landing right on the boarder of loaded chunks as it roughly fits where I find them, but I havent done in depth investigation on it.
#1: HSLA already has the ability to mine diamonds and other gems, as it inherits the iron harvest level.
Actually, that's the problem. I can't find a mod, outside of Iguana Tinker Tweaks, which will actually change material harvest levels directly. Right now, iron is at level 2, which is the same mining level as the copper pickaxe, which can't even mine iron. The HSLA pickaxe, which inherits from iron, can't even mine iron, much less diamonds. This is because I changed the harvest level of the minecraft ore blocks directly using the Block Properties mod..
The only workaround to this is to disable and hide the original pickaxes, and simply use a mod like Custom Items to remake the whole line of pickaxes with the updated harvest levels. I made pickaxe replacements for vanilla minecraft (using MCP for decompiling the game), Thermal Foundation, Forestry, RotaryCraft, Railcraft, Applied Energistics, and Project Red.
Also got this crash when trying to craft a decorative tank with glowstone dust. and how do you make the decorative tanks clear? NEI shows nothing(though thats probably related to this crash)

??? i found one in an RF tools dimension. it tooks me ~ 10 hours searching but i found them.
I though the bug was looking for a specific block something like 8 layers below the surface that wasn't supposed to be there. So, it's one of those "You might find it if you searched really really hard" things.
Or, you know, use a massive redstone/sticky piston cobra pusher to push the right setup into undecorated chunks...
(In regard to a mod that gives realistic animal genetics):
Would you really rather have bees that make diamonds and oil with magical genetic blocks?
... did I really ask that?

Do all lycanite mobs bypass rotarycraft force field? I had a verdant cinder raging hell in a force fielded area.
Can this be looked into on rotarycraft side?
Thank you \o/
ganja lycanites have very weird spawning and prob spawned inside the force field. It most prob is a lycanites issue
Hi. What is i doing wrong? Coz i can't craft this seeds.
1. seeds are a tier 2 recipe and need a multiblock structure crafting room which you dont have
2. your table isnt t2 yet so you need to craft more things on it.

Nice base Reika, what did you use for the screen at 14:03? I'm not sure if it's ComputerCraft, OpenComputers or something completely different.
I'm the best kind of weeb trash.

I made my own shader pack, by the way.
That is a surprisingly simple fix.
