Update: Shiny! - Version 1.9.0 for Minecraft 1.7.10
Configs older than 1.8.2 will be reset.
New Feature Added: Subspecies!
Two uncommon subspecies have been added to every mob, these are uncommon meaning not too rare but tricky to find. Uncommon subspecies feature variations in color, increased health, more drops and sometimes changes to abilities such as extra explosive Nether Souls!
I plan on added rare subspecies in later updates to various mobs that will feature more tan just a recolor but sometimes a completely different skin such as Ventoraptors with scales and webbed wings in place of feathers. These will be much harder to find and will have drastically increased health and some noticeable ability/stat changes.
Bug Fix: Entity IDs were sometimes different between clients/servers causing the wrong model to display for certain mobs such as a Yale that looks like a Geonach! This should hopefully be fixed now!
Bug Fix: Mobs that are weak to Axes or Pickaxes should now be weak to most modded Pickaxes or Axes using the item name in addition to the item type to detect things.
Will be too hard to make a merchant mob?, maybe a caravan with few merchant mobs with random traveling that stop wandering at night and can make campfires ?
The hard question is... what do they could sell/trade

Make sure you don't use the 1.7.10 version in 1.7.2 because this wont work, make sure you download Lycanites Mobs 1.9.0 for MC 1.7.2 from the downloads page on the website! http://lycanitesmobs.nephrite.uk/download/1.7.2

I had a great idea. When you breed the farmable mobs, and they're both uncommon, you get the rare species!!! Also, I have an idea for a special mob, but this is just placing it into the catagory, which is a mob that arose long ago, the result of crossbreeding, the unvenraptor!!! And think of a RARE unvenraptor. That is a man's wish. Also, make it so when you you soulgaze an uncommon or rare mob, it adds a page to the section with that mob to the beastiary. Infact, I had a brilliant idea. A The beastiary has incomplete information by simply gazing on it. You have to gain more information by soulgazing blocks it puts, and also you expand the beastiary from breeding, taming, fighting, killing, and riding mobs. Even summoning them! It adds a page for each new piece of information. Also, you should make the beastiary an item or a tab to make it more realistic. Like you have a book on you. Also, better page turning.
So, please use these ideas, definately the one about the beastiary. Whelp, I didn't make a pun today, but this update sure was "Shiny"! Also, what's the different between scarlet and crimson? Shading? Also, you should add some semi-common varyities that are nothing but different textures, but count as something a little different. Just a little rarer than the common version, and any color tint is very small and goes by normal colors, like "Yellow". Their only difference would be minor health difference and maybe damage.

Tried without mods. apparently, new button added by lycanites mob is the problem. can i disable it?
