Another progress update on 1.7.2, things are really close now! I have the configuration to upgrade to whatever the new forge config is and then I need to go trough each creature and adapt a few things to the new base code, fairly simple except maybe for some of those mount abilities and what not but should be hassle free!
After this I'll need to test a lot of things. Before I do a full release I will possibly make some Dev builds which would be located on GitHub for everyone to help me test with! I'll only make a dev builds if I think there're really necessary though.
I'll also look into a 1.5.1b for Minecraft 1.6.4 that'll fix a few issues that have been cropping up too. If you're running a server or your main world save, use the Stable build only though, unless you're willing to risk it.

Well Lycanites Mobs will now compile so it's into the testing phase now, I'll do some initial tests first and then I mgih release it on GitHub for those who'd like to help test everything, from taming and summoning to the configurable difficulty based stat modifiers and custom potion effects. There is much to do but things are really close now!
1-the next update contains ?:the imcompatibilities with MOC and LM(lycanite mobs!)ist fixed?and BOP or EB(biome'o'plenty and Extrabiomexl)support?
2-wat ist next mob?
3-will be made when the next inferno mob? next week the After this next week?

The incompatibilities with the Biomes mods is more on their end as this mod uses the Forge Biome Dictionary so it's up to biome mods to do the same. BoP uses it I think though and EBXL should do in their next update too so that should fix that! For Mo Creatures, just use it without Custom Mob Spawner and all should be fine!
The next mob might be the Shambler, but it might be a week off depending on how well 1.7.2 goes.
The next inferno mob will likely come out after the next Saltwater Mob as I need to get free-swimming working first.

I try my best to respond to everything, although I get busy sometimes and eventually I wont be able to keep up lol but I'll always try! I enjoy working on this mod and I also enjoy sharing my work as well as suggestions for improving it.
Hey Lycanite, i love the mobs you make but i have a couple little nit-picks with some things in the mod. The biggest things is the textures of some of the mobs (Zoataur, Maka, Troll, etc.). I feel that they look too "plain" in comparison to other mobs (like raptors, Behemoth, Joust, etc.) Perhaps if there are a few additions, like blood streaks for Zoataur, or scars/stripes for Makas and a loincloth for troll, their textures wont look so... plain.
Another really minor thing i have is the fact that Zoataur cannot be mounted... I know that the plains already has a mount, but the zoataur makes for an awesome possibility! Its special could be that it blocks almost all damage from the front (but makes it really slow). IF this cannot be a possibility, i understand... But it would be awesome
EDIT: In addition to the first point, perhaps in the future, can it be a possibility that there may be texture variation of some mobs in the future? IT would be like the vanilla horses, or villagers. It can reduce some of the monotony

1.7.2 is going nicely, I'm almost done with the network code now, just needs testing! GUI and Entity code is next up!
