Recipe ingredients can be set in the mod config file. When you run the new version for the first time, the config will be populated with data and comments. Modifying it should be straightforward.
Completed the recipe modification system: when recipe ingredients for Rings of Power are modified in the server config, the server will send updates to all clients when they connect; upon disconnect clients will reset their recipes to their own local configs.
This is an awesome mod I have been looking around for a mod that adds the bands from EE2. Though I would like there to be something in the config that changes how fast it will take fuel from your inventory, I have been playing in a singleplayer world and the flying ring consumed half a stack of glowstone dust in just a couple of minutes.
Cool mod. I would definitely like to see more rings in the future. I think a specifically defined Tier 2 or 3 would be cool. You have to craft a base tier 2 ring, and combine it with one or more of the tier 1 rings and some other ingredients to get a tier 2 ring. I missed these from EE2, but you didn't really put it a ring with the non-flight functionality of the Swiftwolf's ring. Maybe a weather ring. Maybe the tier two rings are just better versions of the tier 1 rings, and then tier 3 is a combination. E.g. flight ring + weather ring = air ring. Magma + fire + heat ring. Teleport + rift ring (A type of enderstorage-ish thing) = ender ring. And then you combine more and more until it is just one ultimate ring, like the ring of arcana from EE2. Hope that you at least consider these suggestions. I am looking to become a mod author myself right now, because I am bubbling with ideas, but I don't know how to mod. (Yes, I do understand it involves hard programming, I understand what I could be getting myself into.) So constructive criticism on my ideas is important to me, so let me know what you think! (Please)
