hi, fellow minecrafter.. I have a problem running your shader pack, I have a really power full computer that can run SEUS 10.1 ultra at 30 FPS. But when I run you shader pack it crashes my graphics card drivers then the game closes and nothing shows up as a "minecraft crash report" it dosent restart the launcher plz help...
graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7600 Series
processor: AMD FX 4300 Quad-core processor
installed (ram): 8.00 GB
Do you know what graphics driver you have? What MC version?
If I had a good computer, I'll get this, since this laptop is basically crappy with its 'amazing' frame-rate of 18 FPS with OptiFine, so yeah
Hopefully I do get a good computer later, so great job! I've tried it, lags for me, so far even with the lag, I got it to work for 5 minutes, it was awesome!
I'm loving the shaders, they make the game look absolutely beautiful. Just a minor quibble though, I'm sure it's not a big deal, but I do seem to be having a TINY problem with some of the textures. Nothing much really, just a little bug, as you can see in the attached photo.
I'm using the Vibrant shaderpack, version 1.053 Lite, as that gives me the best FPS. I have tried all the other shaderpacks with similar results.
I use a late 2013 13-inch Macbook Pro Retina, with a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 and Intel Iris 1536 MB. I do have 8GB of RAM.
I have a problem, if i take some item like torch or jack-o-lantern in hand i have a black screen, but bucket of lava works fine
Minecraft 1.7.10, java 8u5 , mod TerraFirmaCraft, all Sildur Vibrant shaders 1.053 have this problems
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660, driver 344.60
Windows 7 x64
can you help me?

Im having similar issues but not only does the texture doesn't work properly for me, there are also massive fps drops. Im using a md 2012 macbook pro with 4gb ram and intel hd graphics. Other than that, its all great.
So after getting a chance to try things out, here are my results:
Driver AutoDetect claims my driver is up to date. Glad for that since last time I took someone's advise to update my driver through a provided link to the manufacturer's website resulted in a computer crash.
Updating to Java 8 caused forge to be unable to load. Maybe because I'm using a 1.7.2 client.
Also why I probably shouldn't need to update Optifine. I'll need to keep my mods all on the same version. Updating one is just wrecking everything.
I can't understand why it doesn't seem to work. It's a previous version of the mod being used for the appropriate minecraft version. What's different about my system that does this?
If that's Windows Update AutoDetect you're using then it's very likely your drivers are NOT up to date. Windows Update is utter junk whtn it comes to drivers.
Tell me about it.... This one's from the manufacturer's website though.
You're actually using the latest shader mod for 1.7.2? It was updated recently (to fix AMD drivers bug).
Do you mean that version updated, or that a newer version has come out?
I was able to find a version of the mod that worked, but it kills my frames...and doesn't even have the dynamic lighting feature that I wanted it for in the first place. I'll see if getting my game to work with Java 8 will fix that though. Maybe I could try disabling some filtering effects to see if that helps too.
Also, is there a way to test out the latest AMD drivers for Windows 7 Home Premium while still being able to revert to my older one in the off chance it royally screws up my computer?
with the following mods:
LexManos's legacyjavafixer-1.0 (gets me running with java 1.8.0_25. Thrilling!)
ShadersModCore v2.3.12 v2.3.30 for 1.7.2
Trying not to run anything else in the mods folder and using the liteloader installer to package everything. Unless the problem isn't obvious, where should I report the crash log to? I'm not sure which one is causing the problem. Installing them individually works fine, but chaining them to liteloader is where things get messy.
Obvious problem is obvious. Updating GLSL Shaders Mod to v2.3.30 should fix it...
Hmm, no? Well then... Let's not chain Optifine in the installation and just put it in the mods folder...there we go!
Some of the shaders I have in my folder still aren't displaying correctly, but I've got two of them to work! Too bad they just kill my frames... I'm getting some visual artifact from farther distances as well; what looks like a thin line bordering between all the blocks that make the map look all grid like...This is visible regardless of which shader I'm using, or when not using any at all. Might be because I was playing around with catalyst settings without know what I was doing. Resetting to default seems to fix it
I also should have catalyst working. It's 13.9 though, I don't think 14.9 is supported on my system... Haven't noticed any changes so far, but I may just need to restart to see anything.
When I ran the basic shaders v1.04 motion blur, I got an error saying "[Shaders] Error : Invalid program gbuffers_terrain. I have a laptop with intel hd graphics and I'm not sure what to do.
Do you know what graphics driver you have? What MC version?

Update your GLSL mod...
It's not in 1.01 you could try if 1.053 runs on your pc even if you have an intel card...

Is the rain invisible for you? There seems to be an issue with the buffer in gbuffers_weather.fsh on Macs...
line 11 /* DRAWBUFFERS:7 */
I didn't manage to work on that yet as I need someone to test it with his machine..

I'll give it a try, thanks!
But will newer versions of Optifine work on older versions of Minecraft?
