Your Intel HD drivers are super outdated, update them in order to fix your issues.
Check the last 4 numbers, 4222 is for 4th+5th gen, 4226 is for 3rd gen (you probably need those, either 32 or 64bit according to your OS), 4229 is for second gen.

Do specular maps work on version 1.07?
If so then how can I enable it?

There's no specular nor parallax mapping support in v1.07. I think about re-adding it, but it will affect performance even when not using it, which is bad.

This CPU wouldn't be able to run the shaders smoothly at all, but you can try if you really want to....

My shaders are intel compatible, but you must use newer drivers with enhanced openGL support.
Are you running windows 8 x32 or x64bit?
You must probably force the driver, thanks to your manufacturer who changed your GPU id.

You will only have to do that once, after the driver is installed you will have the default Intel HD graphics ID back.

Yes you must use the latest Intel drivers for your Intel HD 4000. They added enhanced OpenGL support which allows the usage of newer extensions which are needed to run my shaderpack / most shaderpacks.
My shaders are intel compatible, but you must use newer drivers with enhanced openGL support.

Alright what's the problem here. I can see that:
1. There is light where there is no light
2. There is a big hole in the ground
3. There are squids every where
Apart from that I can't see anything else
Oh wait, it's the fact that theres no water isn't it? That would explain the squids i don't know a fix bro, if you have already fixed it then nvm.

All shaderpacks, including this one, should work on all versions of minecraft that the shader's mod api is available for. So yes, you can in fact use these shaders with 1.7.10. As well as 1.8, 1.6.4, and so and so forth.
actually clouds in shaderpacks do not work in versions of the shader mod earlier than 1.6
Yes, but the overall lighting effects should run properly. I'm sure though that there are a select few that might have issues with earlier versions. As far as the original question goes though, he shouldn't have any issues with Sildur's on 1.7.10.

According to your screenshot you're running driver build 3345. I can't tell which chipset gen you have. But take a look here:
