Hey Sildur, I've got a problem with Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.20 Extreme, when I travel in game, my view becomes sort of distorted. No idea what I'm doing wrong, but even when I restart the game it's all the same. I need to start a new save every 10 minutes and I have no idea how to fix that.
I'm new here and in general to Minecraft mods/shaders. Would you please take a look and help me?

Make sure you're running v1.20 and everything else is up to date aswell. (OF, JAVA, GPU drivers)
I've got v1.20. Everything is up to date, I downloaded the most recent OF from their site and I always keep my JAVA and GPU drivers updated. That's why I have no idea what could be wrong. Is there any possibility that some mods affect that? I also tried different shaders before, but there was always some kind of glitch, not exactly this kind but something was wrong after playing for a few minutes. I wanted your shaders to work because they were the most pretty out of all others I tried <3
Do you have any other idea as to why they might not work?

And number 2: Is it possible to fix the Volumetric/Godrays glitch. I've wanted to see what it looks like but i know it's been a problem for quite a long while.

Sounds like a mod issue to me, try it with optifine only.

Volumetric lighting and godrays are on the same layer, which is why they don't work together. I will auto disable godrays in the next update if VL is enabled. I removed waving water since it sometimes causes issues, I might bring it back and add an ingame option for it.
I'm having some issues with reflections. They use to work then someday they just stopped working. Reflections are happening on everything that's now water, and also top right corner of the screen.
This is happening on minecraft 1.12.2. Only optifine is installed.

Update enhanced default, latest version is v1.071 including some amd driver bugfixes.
Hey Sildur, big fan of your shaders! Are you going to be working on shaders for 1.14, or have you started working already? If so, do you have an ETA? I dont wanna touch mc without your shaders xD

Gotta wait for optifine, will work on it once the first preview versions of OF for 1.14 drops.
I need a little help, I just got your high vibrant pack, but my trouble is with grass blocks and trying to navigate at night. I can't see holes, the texture blends in and I fall into them. This is because the grass blocks texture wraps all the way around them. Can I turn that off to have the traditional grass blocks again.
Thank you for the reply Sildur. This shader is my all time favorite because it's so practical. It's so pleasing to the eye while maintaining my fps at 100+, giving me a higher fps threshold for my mods.
Hello, Sildur! These are very nice shaders, though, I think these would be even better if you added different colors for each source of light! Like glowing particals from an enderman to be purple(they don't really glow, but it would be cool!).
And the lava a reddish orange color, and so on and so forth. I just hope you notice this comment...🙄

That sounds like an optifine thingy. It has various options to blend textures and whatnot for resourcepack creators, might want to play around with some ingame settings.

Unfortunately that is not possible, at least not without raytracing each lightsource (very slow). We only modify the whole lightmap with shaders, so everything has the same color.

For some reason, even if I disable all the performance improvements in optifine, and also go into the shader options and enable the fancier water, my water still looks like vanilla water. No waves, no fancy texture, and to be honest, it's a real eye sore. (using the extreme shader v1.20)

Hey, I tried to download this and ended up with popups everywhere showing a bunch of inappropriate junk I never want to see again. Is there anywhere else I can download it from that would be safer?
I got it to work. Apparently if 'Reflections' is turned off Cel-shading will not work in the overworld.
Checked it again, yeah looks like a bug, gonna fix that in the next update.

Sounds like a mod issue to me, try it with optifine only.

It worked! I mean, I tried with optifine only first, then I started adding some of my favorite mods and it is still running fine, thanks!

Hm, try updating optifine to the latest preview version.
