I love these shaders! I just have one concern; if I am using a texture pack, the new textures do not seem to show up on objects that are moving (leaves, grass, etc.). Is there I a way I can fix this (possibly by turning this feature off)? Thanks for your help.

Basic shaders is very old legacy stuff, I should probably remove it from the main page. You want to use enhanced default instead and tweak it. (disable shadows, enable motionblur)
Great. I tweaked everything now, but there is just one problem. The top half of the sky will be a blank white.
Actually, I think I will use the basic shaders instead of Enhanced Default. It just doesn't have the same look and feel like the basic one. I guess I'll just have to stick with no red flash or block overlay. Thanks!
really awesome shader! only thing messing it up for me is that torchs dont light in my hands :c
i dont know if i'm too stupid to find it in settings. with other shaders it works.. but they aren't so pretty.
have installed the extreme version and play on 1.12.2 on my own moded server (hexxit).
hope ya can help me and hope im too stupid for the settings xD

Edit; found know the dynamic lights in normal video settings and its working, but the light flickers if i run (its on fancy)
it seems to be the normal minecraft light
Yeah I removed support for handheld light since optifine added it. Works pretty well if set to fancy and causes less issues then shader sided handheld light did.

So I'd like to ask to implement them if you're planning to update the Enhanced pack in the future, because they would make a great addition to it.
The special clouds in the vibrant shaders seem to use much performance, so I assume if someone would want them they could upgrade to the Vibrant shaders, but the simple background of the sky and sun and moon shouldn't use much performance, right?
I hope implementing them isn't much work and that you will think about doing it in a future update.

Custom shader sky is not planned since enhanced default is supposed to look like default minecraft, sky rendering is also fairly slow, performance wise.

I would like to but I don't think it would work out with vibrant shaders old codebase and it's current render system, it is however planned for the rewrite, which will eventually happen. Maybe something like fxaa could work out tho.
Heyo! I love your packs, but I'm having an issue with one of them. Whenever I use Vibrant with motion blur this weird glitch happens that causes the screen to become all shifted and distorted whenever I move. It was working fine last week, and I haven't made any changes to Minecraft or my pc since then. I've tried using all the optifine versions for 1.13 to 1.13.2, as well as changing various settings. I use an RX580 on the latest drivers (downgrading didn't fix the issue either). Redownloading the pack also didn't work. Any way to fix this?

It's an amd driver bug, latest normal working one was 18.6.1 or something like that. I just released an update for enhanced default fixing this stuff, vibrant shaders update should be out soon aswell.
Hi Sildur, I've encountered an issue that I haven't seen anyone else bring up yet - it looks like when using your shaderpack, certain modded items like waypoint names are just black bars.
The mod in question is JourneyMap, I've attached a screenshot of what I see instead of text where the black bars are.
Do you know if there are any settings that would address this?

Supporting mods is tricky with more advanced shaderpacks, enhanced default might work better with it. Not much you can do about it.
is there a setting to recenter the sun and moon? because i dont like it offcentered
Open up composite.fsh with an editor like notepad++ and adjust the value of sunPathRotation at line 46, setting it to 0.0f is default sun/moon angle.

Ingame go to the shader selection screen and then bottom right, shader options. Pretty much everything in enhanced default can be tweaked that way.

So I'm using your vibrant shaders for 1.3.2 and I find the general area where the sun shines to be too bright. Is there any way to reduce brightness?
