Is it possible to make the Shader Moon option not dependent to the skybox/stars option? If not, i get it that it might be because the sun/moon is linked to the skybox in minecraft's codes.

I have a resource pack with custom skybox, day and night, but when i enable this shader its not showing up. (With some shader packs, specially older ones i had it working.)
In the shader options i enabled default sky, disabled custom shader stars, disabled volumetric clouds... but still no custom skybox from the resource pack.
Basically what i wanted is only disable the shader skybox while keeping the sun and moon from it, is that supported or im missing some config in the shader pack?

Default skyboxes only work during night time, if you enable the default skybox option.
I guess i have to learn a bit of shaders so i can remove the sky part of the shader. Deleting skytexture buffers showed the skybox from my resourcepack, but broke all the rest. I like all the features that this shader has, because i been looking to replace an older shader i have, that has full support for the resourcepacks skybox while having shadows/lighting/water stuff from the shader, just want to replace it because it dosent support underwater shaders (thats how old it is, xD) (Chocapic13 V4)

Hi, so this might be an old problem but I'm looking through google and can't find anything. I'm using your 1.7.10 vibrant shaderpack but the one I use regularly keeps flashing blocks kind of on and off. Most the terrain is fine but I see flashes of like three blocks disappear and reappear, sorry for the vague explanation. I also have two other vibrant texture packs of yours but when I use either of those the sky displays the ground and really annoys me so I don't use those two despite the grass and lighting looking better. The only things I'm using are optifine and shaders for 1.7.10 so it's not another mod. I just want to be able to revisit my old worlds with shaders but I can't fix it. Any ideas?

Yeah default skybox support is a bit lacking, you might be better off using enhanced default instead.

All of my shaderpacks work with 1.7.10 (incl. v1.19), just make sure to use optifine with the inbuild shadersmod instead of the standalone and you're ready to go.
i have been having some weird graphical glitch while using any of your 1.18 shaders. it doesnt happen right away but always at some point with every combination of setting that i have tried so far. my specs are as follows: i7-8700k @4.9Ghz on all cores, rx vega 56 default settings at the moment, 6 of 16gigs ram @3000 Mhz for the game, optix ag32cq monitor on display-port, all drivers are up-to-date as of the time of this post. this glitch happens with any "non-basic" blocks like chests, torches, tools held in your hand, and even particle effects from mining blocks.
i think the problem was with OptiFine 1.13.2_HD_U_E5 that i was using E4 looks to be working just fine for now. i will update if the problem starts again.
nevermind started again as soon as i tabbed back into the game
I saw that a poster from 2013 had a similar problem that I am having now where the water texture for the surface does not show up with the shader's pack. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there was a fix/solution for it. I really want to use this shader pack because it is so beautiful and easy to use but I can't enjoy underwater exploration in 1.13.2 with the water surfaces so broken. I'm using Windows 10 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti. I updated the graphics card as well with no improvement. I've searched high and low for other people with a similar problem, but google does not seem to want to yield any results. Either that or no one else really has this problem. I am using you Vibrant Shaders High. I have Optifine HD Ultra installed. I've tried messing with all the in-game settings to do with water effects and nothing seems to change it unless I've missed something. Would really appreciate some help if you could.

AMD is known to have some driver issues lately, their opengl drivers are pretty messed up.
Make sure optifine is up to date and that you only use it's inbuild shadersmod, not the standalone one. Also double check if your gpu drivers are up to date, latest version is 417.71.

That driver is pretty old, latest one is 417.58: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/geforce-417-58-hotfix-driver-download.html
So try updating and see if that fixed it, if not, make sure optifine is up to date aswell.

Unsure if this is a known issue or not, but DOF and distance blur seem to be broken. Is there a fix?
AMD card? Their latest drivers introduced new bugs, I think 18.11.x is still working fine.

DOF and distance blur works perfectly fine on my rx480 using radeon software 19.1.1.

Known issue, not sure if it can be fixed easily.
Default skyboxes only work during night time, if you enable the default skybox option.

I don't know if this is a known issue or not but in v1.19 for 1.13.2, my water looks just like regular minecraft water and not the fancy wavy water.

Known issue, has to do with the data within the buffers, tricky to fix.
