I can throw couple of ideas
1 . It is inconvenient to clean each of 3 types of pipes when it is necessary to remove all block with pipes. Make function for a wrench that it was possible to move away at once all 3 types of pipes.
2 . It is more than templates for decorative blocks in painter.
3 . It is possible to make a multi-colored luminescence from lamps.
I'd like to be able to paint full blocks (due to the wrench making conduit façades transparent, they are NOT sufficient for this task) and not just slabs... but I'd also like to be able to paint trapdoors, wooden doors, and iron doors as well.

Go and use the Carpenter's Blocks mod, that's what it's for.

EnderIO Energy Conduit pipes (I used ender version) won't work with the new Tesseracts from Thermal Expansion it seems. Not sure about the other pipes. It visually connects to it, however, I had to put 1 block of redstone energy conduit (from TE) then the EnderIO pipe connected to that and works correctly. Not sure if the bug is on enderIO or TE side. EDIT: It only happens when attempting to send power through them not when receiving power.
Also, is there anyway to get the Fluid Conduits to work without a redstone signal? I'm trying to hook them up to a couple TE machines and they seem to only pump out if a redstone signal is supplied. If not, which is the easiest way to apply a redstone signal without making it messy?
The third problem i'm having is connecting Fluid Conduits when they don't automatically connect. It says on the wiki to just right click with a wrench but it only works sometimes for me (only if the pipes have the same liquids and didn't automatically connect). If one pipe is empty, and the other has a liquid, right clicking won't connect them. How do I connect them in this case?
I would try putting a counduit façade on the fluid conduit and then a lever onto the façade. That should ease connecting redstone signals to the conduit. The other issues might be bugs- they are supposed to connect in those cases.

I left-clicked the item conduit and it crushed the game and somehow deleted my world save so now that world is gone. I was playing on the infinix modpack on the technic launcher.

I have this exact same issue. The Redstone Energy Cell doesn't seem to push power into the EnderIO conduits, but Dynamos do send power into the conduits.

After updating to the latest version, and messing around with no issues for a few hours, I also just had a crash. World crashes on launch now as well. I connected 2 liquid conduits (they both had lava in them) when I crashed. Doesn't seem to be limited to item conduits.

That's because nothing in TE accepts MJ. The Redstone Flux -> MJ conversion only goes one way.

No, it's definitely a bug. EnderIO works with every other TE machine (that i've tested anyway). It needs to send RF to tesseracts, and if it already is there this is something else going on.

The wikis says to right click with a wrench to connect liquid pipes, however if a pipe is labelled (example Oil), and the other pipe is blank/not labelled, it doesn't connect them. I have to manually get a bucket of Oil, label the pipe, then connect it.
This is very very annoying, is there a workaround or is this just a current bug?

1) If the conduits aren't working with tesseracts then that is a bug, please raise an issue.
2) "No redstone' mode will be possible with the next release. For now, you can include a conduit switch in the same block as the liquid conduit.
3) Know bug. Fixed in the latest dev release (see IRC for link)

As always, links to the latest dev builds are available from the Ender IO IRC channel.
[Edit: just updated links as the previous linked to a broken build. ]

I cannot use Carpenter's Blocks with Archimedes Ships. They don't compile correctly.

Exactly.
Ok I will rip out my point to point runs tonight then. Grinder to burner, tree farm to furnace.

If you want to make sure your issue / suggestion doesn't get overlooked or forgotten then you need to create an issue on github.

Soon (tm)
see 3) above
Can't wait for red stone free liquid conduits and item filtering. Hopefully those will still be seen in 1.6.4.
