A single one sadly.

- Is the lag ok with lots of conduits rendered without facades?
Totally fine without Facades, No noticable Lag.
- Does it make a difference if you have a wrench in your hand and the facades are rendered in 'wire frame' mode Same Lag.
Loving your Combo Pipes though. You have Offically replaced Liquiducts for me. Question. What is the transfer rate for Liquids/Steam in your Liquid pipes? And Are you still thinking of adding Mini AE versions if Algo allows? And, Another Bug Report. Well.. Dupe Bug. I'll PM it to you.
I have been looking through the code and I can't imagine what is going wrong. With the facade in place, all rendering is just differed back to the vanilla rendering path. It should behave no differently to any other vanilla block. Hopefully something will come to me.
Can other people report if they have seen this problem or not? Either way would be great to know so I can determine how common it is. A simple facade=lag/no lag comment would be great.

Suggestion : A way to Disallow Connections on Certain sides. on all pipe types. Like a right click with a Wrench or a new Tool to do that. Maybe.
Example. you don't want your Power Conduits to connect but they are when there side by side, or a + Shape and you only want a - Shape.
I can honestly see a few uses for it.
Going along with that, have you thought of supporting Forge Multipart as a way of do so, unifying all the facades to one system.

There is a rare mythical button called "Search" that likes to answer questions; however, due to its nature, it often blends in with its surroundings so as to remain hidden.
I need to spend some time looking into forge multi part to exactly how it works and what you can do with it. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of it until a couple of days before my first release, which was long after I had implemented my own solution for the conduits.
Does anyone know of any mods that have done something similar to my conduits with fmp? That could speed up my investigation significantly.

hmm Extra Utilities has item and power/liquid pipes and they have as of the new Pre release added Forge multipart compat you might want to take a look there for some info
Interesting mod, it's nice to have a replacement for TE conduits in 1.6.2.

Posted in the FTB mod suggestion section. This is one seriously promising mod. If you haven't already fire this off to Direwolf and hope for the best.
On another note, how well does this mod fit into FTB Unleashed config-wise? Would love to have this in my singleplayer world there but haven't ever actually tried to put in a non-Optifine mod into an FTB pack.
suggestions: allow the electric lights to except EU or make it a config,make the texture for active gold/iron have spots of red or even a sight red hue, ender maybe purple?

Apologies for letting some of the questions / comments build up. I have been super busy and have focused any spare time on getting the next update wrapped up. The main feature of the update is the addition of MJ storage blocks. I have finished everything for 1.6 except the GUI, so almost done. I might actually release the 1.6 version prior to back porting to 1.5 as that will be a decent sized job due to changes in BC's power API.
Hopefully I will get some time tomorrow to go through the comments. Thanks for the support!
Ive been Dying for one of those for a while. and with TE Out of the picture untill 1.7 maybe. Its pretty much needed now.
KingLemming is working on a 1.6.2 update for TE right now however after that he is making it open source and giving up TE allowing the community to take it over and update it
It might be nice if the power system supported IC2 power (probably already on your list), and even better if the new power cell could hold both EU and MJ at once.
