These mini-mods fix annoying "features" of Minecraft. All should be SMP/LAN-compatible, however, they may increase network traffic. I've done my best to ensure these don't break other features of the game, but be sure to comment if you see any strange behaviors!
Mods:
Climb Fix - Fixes spiders bobbing up and down when in a top corner.
The spider just stays up there! No yo-yoing!
Chunk Fix - Prevents world holes from forming. (Thanks to Tavis Hansen on Mojira for posting a fix in the bug report!)
No more of this!
Panic Fix - Fixes the bug where animals don't stop running around after you've (accidentally, of course) smacked them.
I can't really show this in a picture. I smacked this sheep (accidentally, of course) and it stopped running around, I promise!
Door Break Fix - Fixes the bug where the breaking image lingers around after the door is broken or the zombie has moved on.
Bye-bye to this!
Coming soon:
Invisibility Fix - Makes invisibility potions work as they should! Mobs will ignore you if you are invisible, not wearing armor, and not holding anything.
Installation:
Install Forge.
Copy to your mods folder.
If you do not want to use a certain fix, you can open the .zip and remove the directory that corresponds to that fix.
Also be sure to check out Unglitch for more bug fixes!
Nice! what is the next bug fix gonna be? i can't think of any but when zombies break down a door the image of the breaking stays there for a few secs but then disappears can u fix that?

I'll look into that one. The invisibility fix is pretty involved, but that's the next one my list.
Nice mod! If you are looking for things to fix, the new zombies have a major problem. When a zombie locks on to a villager, but there is no path for the zombie to take to get closer to it, it will spam look for paths and this lags servers very badly. The best way I could think of to fix this without making the zombies dumber would be to make them ignore a villager after 20 or so attempts at finding a path. I am not sure if this would work, and I don't know java so I have no way to find out. Feel free to test this out and try to fix this problem if you want!

Ah, that's more a design flaw rather than a bug.. not an easy fix, but one I have addressed in my mod Revamp (see sig). The quick fix was to just shorten their range so there's less of them banging their heads against the doors. A more dedicated fix needs to come from Mojang though.. Even if they did stop after a number of attempts, they'd just move on to the next villager. If you have 20 villagers, then they'll still spend all night lagging things up. Though maybe.. if they had some kind of cool-down counter and they just laglessly wandered around for a minute.. hmm maybe..

Fixed! Now it will only stay there for about 3/10 of a second. Much better.

When this mod is installed, and you change worlds (tested with mystcraft tpx and linkbooks, going to and from the nether and overworld), then the client keeps graphical images from the old world in the new one.

Sorry, forgot to make a followup to this.
It's the chunk bugfix. Removing that results in the mod working fine.
*However: My tick time goes from about 10-15 ms up to 55-120 ms, dropping my tps well below 20.
