I'm not sure how much damage poop should do (or if it should do any at all), but I could easily see poop adding a small amount of the "nausea" status effect. Maybe 1 second or so, and if you keep getting pelted with poop, it stacks up?
And then you could mix poop with chocolate, and make a kind of "mystery chocolate" which makes people nauseous as well, and maybe has some other nasty side-effects?
Or what if you could mix gravel with poop, and then that does a small amount of damage? Or maybe mixing rot with poop would make it more poisonous, and that rot-poop glows green like the fertilized soil. Or heck, maybe that rot-poop acts like a projectile bonemeal. That might be cool. Don't think I've seen a long-distance bonemeal before.
Recipe-wise, it might make it easier to do all the various poop-projectile possibilities if you first have to make poop-balls first, by just placing some poop in the crafting grid all alone. Kinda like you pack it tight and roll it up first, and then from there you can pack in the other kinds of stuff.
Just some ideas though. I'd be happy with just a simple throwable poop too! Can't wait to throw it at my friend after I cover his house with Minefactory Reloaded sewage. XD I'm so evil.

Nice job on the update! Was thinking that drinking tea should give you a Haste buff for a bit, cause of the caffeine? And maybe a recipe to convert leather and rotten flesh into slime (like how you turn horses into glue)?

He's API is weird... to use it you need to import almost he's entire mod. Which is ridiculous. I don't want my mod to become an add-on of his.
There comes a time when a mod which barely anyone talks about casually steps out of nowhere and utterly blows me away. This is one of those times. I have not tested this extensively, but...My god. This is an utterly spectacular set of mods you've made, which makes the two rather useless dimensions fun to actually go to. Hell, I might actually go looking for a stronghold now.
Utterly astonishing.
