I have an idea/suggestion for security Cameras: A fixed one that can not be looked around, why? Well That would be like a cheaper one and could be used for maps... (Namely for FNAF maps) and maybe have a tier system for them?
Anyway Great Mod adds alot of useful stuff to the game
Craft the Universal Block Modifier and (shift-)rightclick a SecurityCraft block. If a GUI pops up, you can modify this block with modules, if not, you can't. You should see buttons on the right side of the GUI. Hover over them to see what adding the module affects.
To add/remove players to/from a module, hold the module and type /module add/remove playername
And it's raining fast because of a LookingGlass bug which causes the world to go out of sync if you create a view in the same dimension you're currently in. You've probably also noticed excessive block-breaking particles, no FOV transition effect, and (possibly) chunks not wanting to load correctly when you have an active view loaded. That's all caused by LookingGlass, here's the link to the issue I've brought up to xCompWiz to fix.

Maybe that being tier 1, tier 2 is what we have now and tier 3 is a dome camera (one of those 360o cameras you see in some shops) And can you make it so that with tier 1, very low quality and then tier 2, a bit more quality, but still not good enough and tier 3 is HD

That is only possible if you have LookingGlass installed. The system you are using is supposed to be this way.
i have a sugestion for the next update u can add some security cars or some stealfh stuff like planes and nightvision googles

where i dowload the LookingGlass mod for minecraft 1.8 for see the monitor on the frame

Do you have the LookingGlass mod installed? It is required if you want to display camera views on a frame.
