Based on reading that RFID suggestion, it sounds pretty much like what I had in mind. Though, the groups part wasn't part of my original thought, the groups part makes it alot better to. I only had the general idea, of the user having it in their inventory would grant them access without having it on their hotbar, and in hand.
I didn't really think about how the admin would "authorize" a user to an RFID tag, and then de-authorize the same one. Might be inconvenient but the admin would maybe click the reader and remove that user from being able to access that area, similar to how you setup the keycard reader & keypad? With the groups & everything, an option to make new groups, with a default "Master" group which basically allows anyone holding that RFID tag linked to that group to access all RFID secured areas? Unfortunately, the aspect of dying in Minecraft still comes to mind, as in what if that player dies, and the admin who setup the RFID isn't on? An unauthorized person will be able to access that area, by stealing the RFID tag, once that person dies.
(Offtopic: I wondered about that, because I checked this topic before I signed off PC for the night, and it was there, and I log in on my phone about 10-20 mins later and it was gone. Lol)
Edit: Just had that crash happen again with the username logger. Thankfully though I had a backup of the server world in singleplayer, I just copied over. Aaaaaah, sweet ol' LookingGlass making our lives hard. Try updating buildcraft and if the issue persists, disable LookingGlass.
As for adding multiple cameras to one Camera Monitor, that's only possible if you're not using LookingGlass.

B: xCompWiz finds a way to fix the incorrect chunk data Cauldron provides
I wish Cauldron (or even Kcauldron) would be nicer about that fix instead of being (what I can tell through text online) snarky about anyone bringing it up.
so i looked for a new version of forge and installed it from this site: http://files.minecraftforge.net/
i selected 1.8 above and downloaded the recommended installer-win, as i use windows 10.
i opened the forge installer and did install client, as before with the older version, i still get the same crash, should i remove the old one before installing the new one? and what files should be deleted then as i don't know wich files are placed by the installer.
the site says it's forge 11.15.1.1722<!-- built on 01/25/2016 02:40:10 PM --> so that's above 11.14.3.1556 if i can still count, so why doesn't it just work? it's the newwest recommended version, or is it because the securitycraft mod is the 1.8.8 and i use minecraft 1.8.9, could that be it?

Make sure you have the correct Forge version selected in the Minecraft Launcher profile you use.
As for deleting files, you can delete all folders you don't need in .minecraft/versions.
so i tried them all and with the forge (last one in above screenshot) it gave a new crash. does it mean it just won't work in minecraft 1.8.9?
or is there a way to fix this?

Security cameras work great inside the default overworld but I was wondering about other dimension? I have a house in a ForgeEssentials dimension. When I set up the camera what I see are images from the same location but in overworld. Are there any options to tell the camera which dimension to use? (The ForgeEssentials dimension I set up is 10, so it's not one of overworld, nether, end.) It would be great if the cameras could at least use the same dimension they were created in for capturing.

Based on reading that RFID suggestion, it sounds pretty much like what I had in mind. Though, the groups part wasn't part of my original thought, the groups part makes it alot better to. I only had the general idea, of the user having it in their inventory would grant them access without having it on their hotbar, and in hand.
I didn't really think about how the admin would "authorize" a user to an RFID tag, and then de-authorize the same one. Might be inconvenient but the admin would maybe click the reader and remove that user from being able to access that area, similar to how you setup the keycard reader & keypad? With the groups & everything, an option to make new groups, with a default "Master" group which basically allows anyone holding that RFID tag linked to that group to access all RFID secured areas? Unfortunately, the aspect of dying in Minecraft still comes to mind, as in what if that player dies, and the admin who setup the RFID isn't on? An unauthorized person will be able to access that area, by stealing the RFID tag, once that person dies.
(Offtopic: I wondered about that, because I checked this topic before I signed off PC for the night, and it was there, and I log in on my phone about 10-20 mins later and it was gone. Lol)
Edit: Just had that crash happen again with the username logger. Thankfully though I had a backup of the server world in singleplayer, I just copied over. I've deleted all username loggers placed in my world for now. You already know the general error, but I've pasted this most recent one below in the spoiler.

Retired StaffAaaaaah, sweet ol' LookingGlass making our lives hard. Try updating buildcraft and if the issue persists, disable LookingGlass.
As for adding multiple cameras to one Camera Monitor, that's only possible if you're not using LookingGlass.
are the security cameras in version 1.7.10?

Think it's possible to add the option in the securitycraft.cfg to enable (allow) & disable (disallow) the Code Breaker?

I wish that the cameras were in 1.7.10 because most mods i use are in 1.7.10
and there are no other [working] security camera or cctv mods

Retired StaffSecurity Cameras can be found in v1.8.0/v1.8.1 for every Minecraft version from 1.7.10 up to 1.8.8/1.8.9.

Retired StaffMake sure you have the correct Forge version selected in the Minecraft Launcher profile you use.
As for deleting files, you can delete all folders you don't need in .minecraft/versions.

How do you Get a camera monitor in a frame?
Security cameras work great inside the default overworld but I was wondering about other dimension? I have a house in a ForgeEssentials dimension. When I set up the camera what I see are images from the same location but in overworld. Are there any options to tell the camera which dimension to use? (The ForgeEssentials dimension I set up is 10, so it's not one of overworld, nether, end.) It would be great if the cameras could at least use the same dimension they were created in for capturing.
