I'm just wondering if I can install this mod with the ATLauncher, because I get really bad lag when playing the Yogscast complete pack, and optifine no longer works with the new update. I know how to add the mod to the mods folder , but I don't know how to add the start-up parameters. I am trying to use the 1.6.4_v2 file if that helps. Thanks
I believe there is no possible way of you doing this.......................

awesomeee! was playing Bevo's Tech Pack and this took me from 60-70 to 90-105 fps (I had to add the startup parameters for it to work, without them it didn't do anything just an fyi for others that see this).

Yes you can install it on the ATLauncher, I have. Open the launcher and go to Instances > Edit Mods on the pack you wish to add it to. Click "Add Mod" in the bottom left of the window that opens and then click select. I put the mod on my desktop to make it easier, so for me I clicked the little arrow to get the dropdown menu and selected my desktop, then scrolled over until I found the fpsplus mod. Then hit Open and you'll see it under the disabled mods section. Select it and hit enable mod. Finally, launch your game, when you get to the title screen quit (just to make sure it installs correctly). Finally, go to the settings tab on your launcher and go to the Java/Minecraft tab and paste this: "-server -XX:+AggressiveOpts -XX:+UseFastAccessorMethods" without the quotes, into the Java Parameters area. Now launch the game and you should be set, using this got me a 30ish fps boost (from 60/70 to 90/105 fps) playing Bevo's Tech Pack, which is also 1.7.10.

Never said the newest version works with forge :). The source code is in there, so if you feel like you can get it to work then go ahead and edit the code.

Possibly, depends if forge allows coremods like they did, using reflection with forge to get my mod to work would likely cause a performance degradation, however it would be compatible with everything, asm is also a option but Im not entirely sure on the state of that in forge atm. I also have less and less time for maintaining the mod, since I lost interest in minecraft a little bit and I have web dev internship which takes up some time.

Hello I just found this mod and am in a bit of a bind. First here is the list of mods that I am using that help me run a server.
Inventory Tweaks
Mouse Tweaks
NEI
OpenEye
Render Tweaks
WAILA
Zynis HUD
OptiFine
LiteLoader
Minecraft Macro
Xray
Voxel Map
World Edit CUI
So what I a trying to do is increase the performance of my game play. I hope by adding FPS Plus it would increase my FPS. Right now I am running about 15 on average. Is there any advice to help me increase my FPS on 1.7.10?

I want to see better support from the dev of this mod. I have stated this mod does NOT work with any 1.7.10 configuration I and many people have tried. You should actually help the people that care enough about this mod or I will leave.

Just add the mod to your client, run it, if it doesn't increase your fps then add the startup parameters that are in the original post. If you would read the OP it says it all in there.
okay. I'm running 1.7.10, and I'm not about to switch to 1.6 because all my mods are in 1.7.10 and I really need it for 1.7.10. So when you said run the start up procedure, did you mean it in command prompt or something else that I have to download? ALSO: another problem- the qh.class file already exists in the forge.jar file, but it isn't the same when I open it with notepad. AND when you said "Or you can just put it in the mods folder", did you mean just shove the whole fpsplus.zip into the mods folder or the .fpsplus folder into the mods folder? I need this even though my computer is slow with optifine and optifine keeps some mods from crashing and I want the fps boost and customNPCs to work and battlegear 2 and all these awesome mods that I can't get.

Well, did you read the "how to install" spoiler?

It already works for 1.7.10. Clearly you haven't tried yet.

If not I am happy to buy you one.
