Love the mod just wish that there was more tire 5 stuff and maybe a ritual that breaks 1 million LP.
Also hope to see a way in the mod itself to automate alter crafting.
Thanks for a great mod way of time
...I think I may have put this off too long. Expected more of a fight out of them. But nothing much out of my first two. Or six. [to be fair, part of my lack of difficulty might be in the newly crafted bound armor. Suppose maybe they'd hit a lot harder with anything less...]
But, something I wanted to bring up. Way may want to double check the recipe for Sanctus. The hover+shift recipe lists glass, but when I put all five ingredients in, it seemed to only need everything but glass. Sanctus made, glass remained. Oddly, the glass is required to start the process, it just doesn't get used...
Is nametagging these demon summoners a good thing to do? I fear I may end up with bunches without knowing which spawns what. Do the demons have any official names?
Ooh, ooh! My first crash report. I'm not even sure it's something mod related, or if minecraft just didn't want to handle me switching dimensions so much. I put my summoning altar in The End, and since I haven't moved the portal yet, been using my quick travel through the nether. On one of my trips through, right as I was going through the nether portal to the overworld near the stronghold, the game just died.
I can only sorta hope the presented text is what I ought to post. Or maybe from the Open Report File... Idunno. Here's this.

Way, I noticed bound armor doesn't provide the same level of defense as diamond armor. This surprised me, because bound armor actually takes MORE diamonds to make than diamond armor does (if you account for the soul forge). Is this another one of those balance decisions?
It provides perfect defense against all physical sources, and can make you immune to many others. Try wearing the whole set, not just one piece, and try to read up on its many uses.
A few things before we get into that. First, did you make sure to right click to have the armor bound to your network? Second, are you only testing fall damage? Third, are you sure you don't have an Inhibitor active [not even sure this one is relevant]? Fourth, do you have an ample supply of LP in your network? The armor works just fine, and is far more protective than diamond. When bound, and with LP aplenty, you take 0 damage in most instances. The damage is taken directly out of your LP network. As the first post says, there are exceptions, such as drowning and fall damage [and probably fire]. But a few easy upgrades can also completely eliminate those as well. However, if the argument is that the LP cost isn't equivalent to the hearts you would otherwise lose, that might be a different thing and possibly more valid, Idunno, I'd have to pay more attention. But, as defense goes, the armor is pretty boss. I suspect the only things you can't become invulnerable to are suffocation and void, and I'm not even 100% on those. Edit: Another quick test later. Of course, the void still kills you. But wow, you can survive suffocating inside a block for a very long time. Also, here's something that actually seemed a little odd. I seemed to be able to just stand in lava without ever taking any damage [taking the usual "hit" but no heart loss], but when I walked out of the lava, and it was just fire, I did eventually start losing life. Very slowly. But was odd how lava was no problem but the fire was more dangerous. Drowning is still dangerous. Fall damage is still dangerous [although whether more or less damaging than diamond, I'll leave that for others]. But overall, far more defensive than diamond. You could probably sit dead center in a whole chunk made entirely of TNT and the explosion would scarcely tickle.

I was actually referring to the actual defense it provides, as in, how many little armor icons it fills up on that bar above your hearts. There's no question that overall, due to it's LP abilities, that it is better than diamond.
You'd have to make it cost a ridiculous amount to negate anyone using it for infinite LP with a tier 5 Self Sacrifice altar. On the order of thousands of LP just for a heart of recovery.
You know what would be awesome to add if you had the time? A "Sigil of the Vampire" fills your hunger bar at the cost of LP. Anyway, your mod is amazing and quite fun to play with.

Or, make it ridiculously difficult to make. It would kinda be like, after all the experimenting you've done with blood magic (or life itself), you finally figured out a way to make it (sortof).
We almost have infinite LP with a tier 5 anyway. I just stay logged in over night with a feathered knife ritual and a regen ritual. =P
It crashes while being used with "Madpack" from the ATLauncher, I've looked at the crash report but I can't figure it out. After what I see it looks like youre mod don't like End portals.

Downloaded the newest version of the mod, And... Youre mod uses the same ID's as Forestry.
Guessing that was the problem with the last version too.
Quick question, I am on a PvP server and someone raided my base... They made of with my lava, void, haste, and growth sigils. This is a major problem because they can basicly kill me at any time by spaming the lava and void. is there any way to unbind myself from all sigils, etc?

No there isn't, and basically they are a bunch of jerks. You have to make sure to be VERY careful with your magical items. I'd suggest to raid their base in turn, or maybe drop a meteor on them, so that you can get your items back.

No one has done it to me yet, and one of the faction members even said he would hold on to them so no one could do it till we work out a buyback price.Any chance you can add a command or something to unbind all. eg. each person gets a blood id(items are bound to the id) and a command will randomize it(killing their LP pool in the process) and thus unbind them.

Way, perhaps this could be worked into the ritual of unbinding. Add an upgrade to it, like you've done with the ritual of the crusher. Although, such an option would be costly. You'd have to remake everything. Bound sword, armor, sigils, blood orbs..... yikes!
Problem is you would have to have the item(or make sure it's loaded) to unbind it. Right now the items bind to a player name, and unless to item is loaded it can't be affected, thus Id's would work.
On another hand an easier way might be to make it bind to whoever uses it when the LP network is empty. but this wouldn't work if someone put it in a autonomous activator. Or the use of lava crystal.

Well yeah, the unbinding ritual would have to be reworked a little first, hence the upgrade idea.
