THREAD UPDATE
This mod has officially been updated here.
September 21, 2014

Okay, big 3.3 update! Stone galore! Hopefully, we've ironed out all the major bugs by 3.3.1.1 - _-
August 5th, 2014
Versions 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 are released! 3.2.0 came with plenty of bugfixes, as well as a BUNCH of new features, and 3.2.1 comes with bugfixes for all the bugs we created in 3.2.0.

Minestrappolation 3 is out!!!!! It's a good 80% less buggy than the last version, and contains a TON of new features! Download is at the bottom of the fancy new thread!
Delocuro - Texture Artist and Concept Creator
Clashsoft - Resident Java God
TheWerty - Coder and Bug Smasher
Wow and wow! Great looking mod. Bookmarked, downloading now, and I will be monitoring the progress of this mod.
Thank you! This means alot!
From what I've seen, this is some quality work. Well planned, too. Also, the fact that you're trying to make it feel vanilla, almost, is a stunning feature.
Good luck in the future! I hope to see much more of these mods!
Edit: Might put my two-cents in at the wiki also.
Is it telling you that cookies need to be enabled? If so, that happens to me a lot (Google Chrome) and I just refresh the page and it works properly.
Thank you! Its comments like these that keep me going
We'll see what we can do
In the mean-time you can also help with the wiki.
For people interested in applying, name means your name irl, right?

Nope, We just meant to have In-game name. Sorry bout that. Fixed the thread.
If you ever need a coder, I've got a lot of experience with weapons and pretty much everything else, besides trees
That sounds great! Would you mind pming me your skype?
For those of you who didn't read the whole thread, I'm the other co-creator of the mod. I do some code, but mostly all the textures and concepts and less-complicated stuff.
Additionally, something we forgot to mention in the main thread was mod reviews. Neither Sobiohazardous nor I are protessional video makers, so if anyone else would be interested in doing a mod spotlight of these mods, we COULD post it in the main thread to promote both our mod and your youtube channel. Just sayin'...
Wait, the fire sword doesn't burn mobs? Damit, I'll go re-add that to the bug list.....
Lol, no don't worry. We're good.
I've been messing around with this for a while (mostly in creative) and I started up a survival world. Checked the ore spawning out and it seems good and copper and tin are easy enough to find, but I can't figure out how to make Bronze. I looked through the creative menus and found no new "furnace-like" blocks. I tried putting copper and tin in a crafting table (I'm assuming that Bronze requires copper and tin), and I can't get anything to happen. I can make all other ingots but can't figure out bronze. Do I need some other materials?
Also, I don't really get how to make the plates (just the plates, the plating system I've figured out).
Bronze is made by crafting 2 Copper Ingots, 2 Tin Ingots, and an Iron Ingot in a shapeless recipe. Yes, I realize that actual bronze is a non-ferrous metal, but it was far too overpowered when it only required copper and tin, due to how common they are.
Additionally, Plating is crafted with 6 of any "platable" ingot in a Fence shape. It only gives 1 per craft when making Bronze or Steel plating, so be careful when deciding which tool or weapon to plate, seeing as it's ridiculously expensive to do.
Sorry bout not having much info on the wiki, we've been a bit short on time with our fairly small team, but if you have further questions, check out the features list linked in the OP. It's a bit of a mess, but it should contain any information you're looking for.
Okay, cool, those were the only real questions I had. I was going to do a mod showcase on it, but couldn't figure out those seemingly basic recipes. Now I can finally do a proper showcase on it! I'll try to upload it by Wednesday if you guys are interested. Thanks again for an awesome mod!
We are very interested in the spotlight! When your finished, please post it here, thanks!
