If you have Ghostery, have it pause blocking, that's what causes the issue for me. If that doesn't work, some other blocking extension may be at fault.
Even disabled it in my AddOns, and still getting the same "To be able to view this link, please enable Cookies in your Internet browser" message.
Edit: Figured out my problem, and its called Firefox 26,..... the most bug-riddled version released to-date and the first version designed with absolutely ZERO Java capability. True; The makers even publically said they're denying Java support on this version "for security reasons".... *sigh*

I'm using Firefox 26.0 and it works perfectly for me.
Was just wondering if anyone would know the cause of the Project Red Lighting Mod causing my UI to go dark when pressing F1 or knew of a quick fix for it?
Clicking the download link on the website takes me to a page that no longer exists. Apparently a MrTJP deleted it, restored it, then deleted it again sometime in the last few hours.
Edit: NM, you can still get there from the link on the top of the page, it's just the link under where the current version is listing on the front page.
No. There's 4.2.0 build 14, which I already have. Lastest is 4.2.1 build 16
I updated to 4.2.1.16, but had to roll back to 4.2.0.14 because 4.2.1.16 repeatedly crashed my server at startup even after the patched rebuild. My guess would be that Mr_TJP took the build down because it's not stable. If I were you I'd wait for the next build before updating.
I hope not, the best move for them would be to help Buildcraft expand and integrate into project red. Eloraam adding computers, machines, and pipes was just a poor attempt at monopoly. Frames would be interesting, maybe include quarry frames so we don't have to constantly toss those in lava when we are done with them. This would be best for all mods concerned and the mods in packs would work nicer together.
Is there any news on whether stone slabs will get microblocks? When using RedPower the stone slab microblocks were my favourite, looked so good and modern for everything.

ProjectRed is not responsible for making microblocks. The microblock support used by ProjectRed comes from Forge Multipart.
If there's a cuttable block that you would like to have microblocks from, and you currently don't have microblocks from it, add the block's numeric ID to config/microblocks.cfg.

Are you completely serious? This is exactly the kind of behavior on these forums that I despise. If you guys see the SLIGHTEST of similarities, you bash it and call it a rip off and a conspiracy to kill other mods.
To Mr_TJP: Congrats on getting onto the FTB pack. I love playing your mod on there.
The recipe in question would be for the White backpack (ID:31917) from the exploratino part of your mod (LOVE the volcanoes...wouldn't want to miss out on them, same for TE..). The white backpack uses the same recipe as TE uses for its Machine Frame, a very essential part to its machines.
No, it doesn't. It is a totally different recipe. TE3 machine frame is four glass blocks, four iron ingots, one gold ingot. ProjectRed white backpack is eight bolts of woven cloth surrounding one bone meal.

You have ID conflicts you haven't resolved yet.
To expand, itemID conflicts do not crash your game on startup, have a look through the console spam for the conflicting ID's (or I suppose you could be lazy and have a look in the minecraft folder for IDconflicts.txt if you have NEI installed) the IDconflicts file will also tell you free ID ranges which is cheating imo
Go into the config files and change the conflicting ID's to free ones and you should have your machine frames back.

The slightest similarity . . . pneumatic pipes could almost replace Buildcraft and at the time the redpower computers could completely replace Computercraft, eloraam even changed the bundled cable code around so Computercraft had to be patched to work with them. The fact that eloraam spent more time trying to replace other mods instead of maintaining the main concepts in the mod is what killed Redpower. I don't bash Redpower for adding concepts that are similar to what other mods do, and none of it was a ripoff in the least as in many cases the Redpower version was superior. I bash eloraam for attempting to do everything but what Redpower was made for. I bash eloraam because when Computercraft went mainstream instead of thinking of ways the two mods could work together to better the Minecraft experience we were given a whole new computer to work with which was then poorly expanded upon. I bash eloraam for letting code get so badly patched that it got used more as a tool of destruction than a tool for being creative. Most of all I bash eloraam for abandoning the project all together after trying to make it the biggest mod in tekkit.
I don't bring any of this us to try to start a flame war or to anyone off. I bring it up to hopefully make the creators of the beautiful mods we all love think of working together to make mods compliment each other, not be able to replace each other.
Sooo stooopid of me >.<
Forgot to check ProjectRed in standalone pack, but was already wondering about the recipe in bed last night... I mean, 4 iron bars for a backpack...something didn't feel right...
Anyway, much obliged for these 2 speedy reactions and next time I'll post this kinda stuff I promise to drink some more coffee on it
Very eager to check out this mod, saw some vid reviews, looks like redstone heaven with even more features.
Love it even before I played it..
Well personally it's because I prefer to tweak my own game but other than that I had no idea this existed or that someone would be nuts enough to do that
Even disabled it in my AddOns, and still getting the same "To be able to view this link, please enable Cookies in your Internet browser" message.

Here is an example:

w/ Forge, CCC, NEI & all Project Red including the lighting mod: http://i.imgur.com/YJXJ5vh.png
I install ProjecrRed and GLSL Shaders Mod, there is a dark layer.
When I removing ProjecrRed or GLSL Shaders Mod the dark layer disappears
Sorry, I am speaking english not well.

Be careful — not all blocks are cuttable.

Why don't you just use this: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1210470
It's a working config pack for almost every mod.
Well personally it's because I prefer to tweak my own game but other than that I had no idea this existed or that someone would be nuts enough to do that
Have you fixed the creative mode crash I posted about a few pages ago?
Most annoying error, I can't get another mystcraft book right now.
