First of all, this is in the wrong section. Go to the Not Enough items thread and tell chicken bones about it.
Second of all, please, please, PLEASE use either pastebin.com or type [code][spoiler][code][/spoiler][/code][/code] and put the error log inside.
Third of all, what other mods did you have installed? I noticed you have smart moving, so be sure to mention that.
Forth of all, do you have minecarft forge? Iirc nei requires that (and it has super-easy installation and no mod incompatibilities)
Fifth of all, if it wasn't forge, how did you install it?
You failed to give us proper information, thus, I cannot help you.
By the way, read the top of the error log, it says not to just post that screen.
I need help also the launcher will start up but when it launches the screen that say mojang on it dosent start up it just dosent start any help on this please give feedback.
