Optimisation
This worked. Shame it has to be a work around, but thank you so much. I can now run Matmos with my 1.7.10/forge build.
Look at the console at the time, for some reason Liteloader thinks it is a good idea to search each and every jar file in the bin and library directory for mods, even though none of them should have mods in them. This is what takes forever.
After attempting to update to the latest builds of CoFH Core (3.0.4B1-309) and CoFH Lib (1.0.4B1-176)
I get his strange crash at startup...

I wouldn't have posted this here, but the only mods mentioned in the
crash at all are liteloader and voxelmap. Any thoughts? This is using
forge version 10.13.4.1492 as well.
I tried disabling the loading bars for my crash I posted about above and it didn't work. Still the same crash with class transformers.

Try running it with more memory. "-Xmx2G"
Games with forge and/or many mods tend to require a lot.
Note: I wouldn't recommend going more than 2GB unless you know your system has enough memory

I have 32 gigs of ram and have those set at 4 gigs. I have permgemspace set to 512 megs.
Like I said the game runs fine with Forge and without liteloader, as soon as I set my profile to use liteloader also I get the crash.

Hm. Then I don't know what it could be.
From the looks of the error it's something in the java virtual machine and all my experiece with that has been memory issues. It's possible that there's some incompatibility between some transformers.
You can try switching to a different version of forge, either slightly older or newer to see if that works otherwise we'll have to wait for Mumfry to give his say. Sorry.

Where is the liteloader 1.7.10 latest .jar located for download? Navigating to find that is much too difficult.
Sorry, nevermind. Opened up the installer and grabbed it.
I'm trying to develop for minecraft 1.8 but i can't find the files on the SVN. are they somewhere else? there are 1.8 liteloader mods in existence, so I figure they are somewhere.
