I tried Forge versions 1.5.2-7.8.1.737 and 1.5.2-7.8.1.738. Both crashed.
Previous posts show this running for 1.5.2 and I have other Forge servers up (IE: Hexxit, FTB Unleased, & FTB UHS), so my server is fine.
I could plan better if I had an ETA on 1.6.2 version, or please give me a hint of how others are running it in 1.5.2.

it doesn't work dedicated in 1.5.2. As for an ETA for 1.6.2 it could be a few dayz or a couple of weeks.
How am I supposed to know what's causing the problem? I need to see your ForgeModLoader-client.log from your .minecraft directory to see what's causing it.
mmm this is an awesome idea, I was thinking of create a mod pack some months ago but had no time... how is the mod/pack going? hope isnt dead and we will have the awesome zombie apolacypse in minecraft soon if you need any help pls ask for some, in this community I am sure someone could help (even me )
