One problem I have, (Haven't tested mod yet, but assumption is) IC2 recipe for refined iron is the same recipe for your steel.
Yes, they're the same, so one of them will override the other depending on load order. However, there are config options to disable the steel smelting. Since all the recipes are ore dictionaried, you can just use the steel from another mod.

Im having a problem on Hexxit, i generated a new map just for this mod and i am using worldborder to fill it on a restart the mod did not load or something and all artifice blocks were removed and it started (trying) to regenerate them.
But the chunks under spawn and so many other areas artifice is not regenerating, any idea why?
Right now there is a gold mine of ores just floating around near bedrock.

This sounds like a bukkit issue, so those guys will probably be more knowledgeable. Other than that, if there's no stone there it's not going to generate at that point.
1. Is the Steel Ore Dict compatible?
2. If so, is there a config to remove your crafting recipe for it? IC2 adds refined iron with the same recipe and your recipe for steel with other mods can be kinda OP ;p
Love the mod, just a heads up. When installed along side the Necromancy mod all the connected textures become just random block textures. Even single blocks that are meant to end up connected later still have random textures. This includes the top of scaffolding.
I'm loving this mod. Your marble and basalt look way better than the RP2 versions, and the steel recipie is so OP! (not that I'm complaining; OP is OK as far as I'm concerned)

Craft 1 Iron bar + 2 coal = Unrefined steel. Smelt that for the steel bar.

I wanted to say that this is an amazingly awesome mod. Is there support for Railcraft? Seeing as how Railcraft already adds steel.
If by support you mean are the two interchangeable via the ore dictionary, and can you disable this recipe, then yes.

If you're using either of the "cave" worldgen options I would turn that off, as that does bad things at the moment when used with lots of other mods.
