Hey guys, Gflow here and today I decided to make a mod! This mod is a simple mod that doesn't necessarily add any items to the game. It does however allow you to craft items you normally can't! Craft items such as emeralds, chain armor, carrots, potatoes, saddles, and more! Just unzip the file and place the class file(s) in your minecraft.jar, If you do not know how to access this do the following: Press the windows key and the "R" key at the same time. You should see a box called "Run" appear, type "%appdata%" and open ".Minecraft". Once in the minecraft folder open the "Bin" folder. You should now see a "Minecraft" or a "Minecraft.jar" file. You will need to open this with winrar (Google it). Delete the meta-inf folder, then just place the class file(s) in this and enjoy!
I added a few easter eggs in the newest version... try and find them all!

Hey Paranormal_3rd, I was wondering if i could make a review for your mod? I like the idea of being able to finally obtain chain armor normally. I'll post it on the threat if i am allow.

Hey man! Thanks for the support and of course you can do a review! Please post it to the thread!
This is really awesome ! Thank you man, and continue the good work !
For ideas : Bottle'O enchanting, Wither star, the heads (skeleton, player, etc...), dead bush (by cooking a sappling?), nether wart and maybe the dragon egg (You can make that one dragon egg + other materials, emeralds blocks for example, will give 2 dragon eggs !) ! It could be awesome for this mod !
Thanks for the support! Those are some really good ideas, and I will get busy with them as soon as I have some time. I will try to do the dead bush idea, but I am relatively new to coding and don't know much. But I will try!
Seems like a fun little mod. I don't know if I would personally use this mod; good work none-the-less.
Haha, I know it doesn't make much sense, but It's minecraft! Thank you for the feedback and if there are any improvements I could use feel free to tell me!
New ideas :
Add some recipes for the mobspawner ! At the corner, some iron, in the middle, a diamond, and at the 4 empty squares the drops of the monsters. (ex : Beef, Rotten Flesh, Wither skull (for wither skeleton), maybe nether star (?), enderpearls, etc...)
EDIT : Oh, and coal + red dye = redstone ?
EDIT² : And all the stone bricks ! Like the chiseled one, 8 stone bricks in a crafting table will give 8 chiseled stone bricks, stone bricks + seeds = Mossy stone bricks, and the stone bricks + a damage tool will give the cracked stone bricks !
Hey, those are some pretty good ideas, and I will try to put them in. I am currently on vacation with little access to wi-fi, so it might be a bit before I can update some things for a new download link.
Hey ! I was playing around, and I was thinking something : Can you add the recipes for the disks ? For example, 8 stones around a dye = The corresponding disk.
I think it should be 8 obsidian, because it's black around the discs, but I agree!

There are too many of these mods. And most of these recipes make no sense whatsoever. How does lava make chainmail? How do crops make other crops? How come you make a simple, nonsensical mod in a mod maker, and release it expecting good or neutral reactions? You didn't even make the mod banner.
Think what you want, that is your opinion. I have never seen a mod like this. Sorry if there are mods like this. "How does lava make chainmail?" Well, if you knew the original recipe for chain armor it is fire. Fire is not obtainable. therefore I used lava. So far most of the reactions have been pretty good/nuetral. I don't care if the recipes make sense. Does it make sense to make armor out of diamond? No. A portal to the nether? No. So I don't think the recipes need to make sense. I never claimed to make the mod banner I didn't even release it for others to use. I am using it for myself so I don't think it matters. Sorry you don't like the mod.
Some of the recipes seem a little too expensive, 3 diamonds for 5 slimeballs? Slimes aren't that rare now they spawn in swamps...
I started this mod a while back for my own purposes and didn't release it until after this happened. But now that you mention it I should probably make it less expensive!
Nice work! I think the recipe for emeralds though is slightly too expensive.
Thanks! I know the recipe is expensive, but I couldn't think of another recipe for an emerald, do you have any ideas?I have just uploaded a new version, check it out! (Sorry music discs aren't in it yet, working on it!

Hey, I did it! I will add in the next update, you will be able to take any kind of sapling and smelt it to get a dead bush!
If only the Universe used this logic instead.
