What if you added the shards on it's back. and maybe with techzilla , you could use special chemicals to make him bigger,regenerate heath, and do more damage ETC.

This is so awesome, I currently can't install mods because the laptop can't install forge without MC crashing, but once I get my own laptop, this is gunna be installed immediately. I also look foward to you adding other Kaiju. Would be pretty awesome to fight King Kong. Also, perhaps you can add other types of attacks to Godzilla, and the other kaiju, I'm pretty sure Godzilla blasts like beams from his mouth right?

If i were you, i would make the spikes (Dorsal Fins) on the Back of Godzilla Larger. And add the Radiationed Fire Breath that comes out the mouth, first, the spikes (Dorsal Fins) on the Back of Godzilla flickers up Blue color, then comes out the Radiationed Fire Breath out of his mouth. You should watch the Heisei Godzilla Videos or movies for better Description, The Heisei version of Godzilla is my favorite version of Godzilla.
